Excellent location, decent breakfast, 24-hour bar and room service. There is a convenient underground parking. Elevators can be overloaded during rush hour. I did not see a drawdown in quality compared to other hotels in the chain, for example, Voronezh or Kazan.

Very good staff, whose work simply covers all the technical shortcomings of the hotel. And there are enough technical problems in the hotel. Can I not describe it? I will only mention the constantly wet carpet near the bathroom, and it is wet because the bathroom was designed so "wonderfully" in our room. We were saved by bringing slippers (which were also not in place at the time of arrival). :)

The hotel is generally not bad, like other hotels in this chain. But the gym is certainly one name. Almost all the simulators are broken! The treadmills are all broken. Do not try to stand on it, you can break your legs, it moves twitching like a canvas.
The booking says: sauna and hammam. Nothing is working! Everything is in terrible condition. But I wonder what else is advertising on Instagram about the sale of season tickets to this hall)

He lived in a room with a king size bed. The bed is comfortable, a large number of pillows for different tastes.
