1️⃣Location 5 out of 5.
I was quite satisfied, there is a stadium nearby, a bunch of restaurants for every taste and budget. Shops, beach. The old town is about 20 minutes away at a leisurely pace.
2️⃣Number 4.5 out of 5.
No bathrobes, surprisingly simple, no toothbrushes… There is an ironing board and iron, kettle and refrigerator, water is replenished regularly - 4 bottles. The lighting in the room is very well done.
3️⃣Service 4 out of 4.
Dirty windows spoil everything in the world, why these panoramic stories when it is impossible to simply keep it clean. The hotel has valet service and underground parking, a huge plus.
4️⃣The food is 4 out of 5.
A good breakfast, although nothing changes from day to day, sometimes the products run out and they are not supplemented.
But overall, it's a good 4th grade. There are two types of sausages, eggs in any version to order, but coffee for an additional fee, only instant, is somehow strange. Good quality fruits, waffles, fritters, pancakes, sliced bread, and cheeses are available.. there is no fish, but apparently there is no champagne either. There are three types of tea, but in the end there is only one thing left, so out of habit I carry tea bags with me.
5️⃣Spa 4.5 out of 5.
The hotel has a spa complex, a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and a gym. They are allowed into the pool only in caps, which can be bought there. There is a terrace with sun loungers by the pool, and there is a bar. The gym is excellent in terms of filling and conditioning. A sauna complex with three baths and a relaxation room with heated sun beds and tea, just a cot.
What didn't you like? There is no direct passage from the pool to the baths, you need to go through cold corridors, during this time you manage to freeze.
Overall, I liked the hotel.
The hotel is beautiful, near the beach. A wonderful spa center. Delicious breakfasts. Polite staff. The city center. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. What else do you need for a good rest? Thanks everyone. We will definitely come back!
The hotel did not meet expectations at all :(
We spent 4 nights there in the Executive King Room.
The first night the air conditioner did not work in our room, the next day we were moved.
The Wi-Fi didn't work in the second room, they couldn't do anything about it and moved it again. In the third room, the wifi was not working again, but we had already accepted it. I put my phone by the window and distributed the Internet to my laptop.
Breakfast is a little poor, but you can make an omelette of your choice. Desserts, in particular waffles and rolls, are dry.
The hallway stinks of cigarettes because of the casino. The staff is friendly, but this is selective. There were no bathrobes in the last room, we had to get them by force, because when we were asked for the first time, we were simply ignored.
The spa area is good, a high-quality gym. But you can swim in the pool only with a hat, which you need to buy from them for money.
In general, it definitely does not pull at the top five. The most annoying thing is that the hotel is not even a year old
conveniently located, there is everything nearby, from catering, different price categories, to construction markets, on the 1st floor 2 restaurants of Jewish cuisine, a casino, 250m to the sea, and a musical fountain, 300m to attractions, prices as in Tbilisi,
The hotel is new and nice. But there is no toilet brush 😊
The breakfasts are quite varied. The pool is nice.
There are not many rooms on the floor. The largest are 1 and 2, but with the most lateral sea view.
We were with a child, we rented an Executive suite from a small living room. Very convenient.
But for some reason, 1 remote control for 2 TVs 😊
When booking a vacation spot, as I understand it, you need to pay attention to the number of guests in it) and also think about the possible breakdown of the elevator in particular. In general, everything is fine, if not for the queue for the elevator)
