We stayed at the hotel for a week in September. The hotel has a very good location - near the metro station and the stop of the Istanbul high-speed tram. The hotel has a responsive and pleasant staff, no matter how much they were treated, they were always treated with warmth and solved all issues. The rooms are nice, comfortable beds, daily cleaning and change of towels. The breakfasts are without frills, but everything is delicious. Special thanks to the Manager Hussein and his assistant Nazli - they helped us with calling a taxi, treated us to coffee from the bar. when there was a queue for the coffee machine.
We are currently at the hotel. We checked in right away, the room is on the fourth floor. The room is large, very clean, a huge bed with snow-white linens, a TV with several Russian channels, a free safe, a spacious bathtub with all necessary accessories. A large wardrobe. The room has a balcony, a view of the next street with cafes and shops. Excellent WI-FI. The convenient location of the hotel, within walking distance of some of the sights of Istanbul, a few meters from the metro station, you can go anywhere in the city. We got from the airport first via the purple line, then transferred to the green line, in fact it is a tourist one, the main attractions are located along the green line. There is a tram stop nearby, a huge number of shops, cafes, restaurants for every taste and budget. Who was in Kemer should remember the BIM store, grocery store, 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. There are a lot of exchangers. By the way, they freely exchange rubles for lira, although they watched a lot of articles and reviews before departure, everyone unanimously claims that they do not accept rubles, bring dollars and euros. They changed it personally. I recommend the hotel.
We were at the hotel in late October and early November. I liked the hotel: clean, good breakfasts, polite staff. The location is very convenient: all the sights are nearby, near the metro, tram stop 1. I recommend it!
We had to check into the hotel, into previously booked rooms, and arrived at the hotel. The reception staff behaves as if they have come to their home)The previously announced rooms were not provided, instead they showed small rooms that I had not even seen before, at the request of our guide, to replace the rooms, the staff reacted negatively, were rude, rude, made a terrible scandal, eventually moved us to another hotel.
The staff, conditions and cleanliness at the Ramadan Hotel were very disappointing.
In ten years of staying in Turkey, this is the first time we have encountered this.
We were also moved from another hotel to the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham istanbul...
I don't know how it would be in another hotel, but this hotel is excellent, sawn geographically in the center of the old city, next to the Suleymaniye Mosque in 3-5 minutes walk, 2 minutes by metro. Restaurants and cafes next to Russian speakers and even the menu below is signed with dishes in Russian. There is a cool large swimming pool, a hammam and a sauna. We only took breakfast (as we were on walks and excursions the rest of the time) for a buffet breakfast, there are a lot of different delicious things. The hotel staff is very friendly, always smiling, will help and prompt. The view from the window looked out through the mesh window at the mosque beautifully, we could hear the Azan, but we liked it)
How did this hotel get 5 stars?! The rooms are dirty, the toilet is dirty, there are no bathrobes, towels for 3 stars, no dental supplies, the breakfasts are meager and the same every day.
There was a plate of fruits (not ripe) in the room
The bed has not been changed once in 6 nights.
I do not recommend it.
This is not a 5* but a 3* hotel. The staff is dissatisfied with how we arrived at their house without invitation. The breakfast is monotonous, with dessert fruits and Turkish delight. A hygegic remedy must be requested. A hotel for 1-day tourists.
We are currently staying at this hotel. Initially, we flew to another hotel, but on the spot it turned out that we had no reservation! Before we could panic, the receiving operator informed us that we were being moved to a 5-star Ramada, although we had bought 4*.
We settled in quickly, the rooms are comfortable and clean! There was bottled water in the room every day.Tea and coffee bags. The third towel was brought without any problems. On the day when it was raining, they turned on the air conditioner with warm air and brought a blanket. Such care is pleasant! There were bathroom kits, except for brushes. But I always take mine, so there are no complaints. Breakfast is standard for Turkey-vegetables, fruits, leaves, cheese, eggs, olives, pastries, etc. everything was fresh and delicious.
The view from the window interested us the least, we did not come to sit in the room. There was a view of the parking lot, but it was better than a busy one
The street. The call to prayer is almost inaudible.at 5 a.m., he did not disturb my light sleep.
Some people were confused by the foyer-it was not solemn enough)). We came to see Istanbul, not to sit in the lobby)). Therefore, everything was fine too. Umbrellas were given out in the rain without any problems.
So I'm giving the hotel a solid 4.
Thank you for your hospitality.
Nice hotel, nice staff. Cleaning every day. Water, tea, and coffee were updated daily. In the room there is a hairdryer, iron, soap, shampoo, slippers. Kettle, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Warm👍The breakfasts are very tasty!
We ordered a ticket through biblioglobus . Initially, we booked another hotel with a view of the Bosphorus , but we were involved in a fraudulent scheme between this hotel by biblioglobus, their subcontractor Summer Tour, and apparently the hotel that was originally booked .Upon arrival at the booked hotel, they played a whole play for us, you don't have a reservation, some kind of overlay, sit and wait, and as a result they moved us to this hotel and asked us to thank them for not leaving us on the street! The hotel is far from the sights, you have to travel by transport, which was not originally planned! Considering that the hotel is involved in such fraudulent schemes, I do not think that people will leave good and objective reviews! We were told that the hotel was 5 stars , we did not find any supporting information anywhere . The room is one meter by one meter , the two of them can not fit to pass , the bathroom is very small , there is nowhere to put the suitcase on the floor , which makes it difficult to open the front door to get out or enter (you have to push it back and forth every time ) , the closet is very small , next to the bedside table because of which it is not normal to approach it , the refrigerator is in the closet , it's also a quest to get to it.
Breakfasts are included , the dining room is small , there is almost no space between the tables , it is not comfortable to sit and eat when you are pressed against your back . The food is standard , everything is fresh . Yes, we came to sit in a hotel , but when you arrive and wait for one, you build your plans around the booked hotel , and as a result you come across such an attitude , the vacation, to put it mildly, is already very much spoiled (
Just a great hotel, the staff is excellent, the room is cleaned every day,the breakfasts are wonderful, the location of the hotel is also excellent, we are very satisfied!!!!
Clean, comfortable, good food, and most importantly in the city center

We were supposed to live in another hotel that looks like a blue mosque, but we ended up here. Therefore, there is something to compare 2 out of 5 locations with, just because there is a mosque nearby. There are no (normal) grocery stores, only small eateries. There are not many cafes and restaurants here, but there is no delicious one. Transport trams 10 minutes walk, metro 5 minutes. The pharmacy is nearby. A taxi is nearby. Breakfast coffee is 0, it is not brewed, but instant. Tea bags. There is cheese, olives, sausage. The omelet will be cooked. Boiled eggs, fries, vegetables, herbs, fruits were always taken with them (apple, pear, tangerine). The rooms are icy, we rested in March. The air conditioners were working, but they were not configured, the temperature could not be adjusted, either there was nothing to breathe, or it was cold) they asked for heaters, brought them. In the bathroom as on the street). accessories include a 2-piece cap, bathroom sticks (3 pcs), cotton pads (2 pcs), a nail file. That's all.
Hand soap in a large container, as well as shampoo and conditioner.
There is no dental and shaving kit.
Cleaning was done every day. Water every day. There is a refrigerator, there is a hairdryer, there is a kettle. We had a two-room room with a capacity of 5 people (three single beds and a double bed)
Terrible hotel. Of the advantages, only the location in the center. It can also be a minus. At a price of $ 150, there are such disadvantages to knocks:
1. For 2 days, we ask you to bring dental kits and soap (it's just not there) - they say OK and don't do it
2. You sleep like on the street with the windows closed - until 00.00 there are dancing songs at the bottom
3. The shower is broken and the whole room is no longer fresh
4. The cheapest spring mattress and pillows are lying - in the morning my back and neck ache
6. Breakfast is weak - ground coffee is poured
7. The spa is not working - no one warned you when checking in, of course
8. In the elevator, your feet stick to the floor from dirt
It's just a terrible hotel with a disgusting attitude!!! I flew in to celebrate my birthday, even the fruits were not brought as a birthday present! Two towels in the room for 3 guests, the view from the rooms is terrible, the noise! And the price is almost 1000 euros for 4 nights! The view from the suite!
