We flew from April 12 to April 18. The price tag of the freebie is 70000. For two people and a child under 2 years old. Everything is included, eat all day long. Alcohol and food are great.
Beer vodka whiskey gin cocktails are all there. The rooms are good.
The pool is not heated. There is an indoor pool with a sauna and hammam. But it's not heated either, and it's cool.
The slides were working. I took a bus to the beach, and it's not a problem to walk 7 minutes either. The beach bar was already open too.
The children were swimming without getting out. Adults were more likely to come in and out. The whole vacation was sunny, but it's better to arrive after April 15th. It's also cheaper and warmer.
There is animation too. They call me to play volleyball on the beach. There is a water polo near Bassik. From 8.30-9 children's disco. From 9-23 dancing. But while it was in the hotels, they were yelling at the whole floor. There are no adult discos.
The hotel is more suitable for families with children.
The staff is excellent. Everyone is smiling.

We stayed at this hotel from 05.10.2024 to 14.10.2024. We checked in at 13.00 , the room is a good family room. We can say 3 rooms (first building) mountain view. But it's for the best because it's quiet. The hotel has a small territory. Minus, there is nowhere to take even beautiful photos. There is no vegetation at all. A big plus is the entrance to the sea, gently sloping. The beach is of course dirty (but the vacationers themselves are to blame for this). The sun beds can also be upgraded. Replace the beach towels with a different color. There is no animation. The inexperienced cheapest artists come. Children's animation is also 2. Mini disco every other day. Only foreigners are vacationing. Of course, they are treated better than the Russians. A separate minus for the bartender on the beach. He only has a good attitude towards the Germans. He's ready to get out of everything with them. A huge plus is the variety of food and its quality. Everything is very tasty and the choice is excellent. Almost every day Dorado. The fruits are good. We had a rest in August 2024. The hotel is mainly used by Europeans and the British. The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels were changed every other day and bed linen was changed two days later. There was an air conditioner, but it was old and weak, and it also made different sounds: creaking, grunting and tapping. We lived on the 3rd floor. The elevator runs perfectly, there are no queues. The hotel is clean. I liked the food, there is a lot of everything and it is delicious. There is a diet table. There is always fish (dorado, sea bass, cod, trout, tuna), for three days there were also shrimps, mussels, squid. From meat: beef, lamb, chicken, turkey in various cooking options. There were melon, watermelon, apples, oranges, grapefruits, and plums on the fruit table. From alcohol: white, red and pink wine. They are poured from bottles. I took white once, I didn't even drink it - the smell is disgusting. I didn't try the rest, but people drank red wine, maybe the red was normal. They make alcoholic cocktails, about 10 types. Mostly it contains vodka and jupi and some other additives. I didn't get a call. Effes beer seems to be normal, I've tried it a couple of times. Whiskey, gin, raki, vodka are all poured from serving bottles. The animation is average, in the evenings, first for children, then for an hour for adults. There were Turkish, Latin dances, live music, synchronized swimming, belly dancing. As our guide told us, the hotel is set up for Europeans, and they don't like animation. The beach is not far away, we often walked. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to walk. There is a bus running constantly from the hotel to the beach. But he walks from 9.00 to 17.00. Since we woke up early, we walked, and left the sea later than 17.00. We were not particularly bothered by the road from the beach. The bus driver is a great, positive and very friendly man. On the beach, a bar employee delivers drinks to the sun beds, cleans the beach every morning and sweeps the sun beds from the sand. A variety of food is prepared at the beach bar at 12.00, so you can have a snack there. The entrance to the sea is first pebbles and then sand, the water is clean. We understood that Europeans don't like the sea very much, they all sit by the pool. This was a big plus for us, as there were not many people at sea. But in the pool it's like sprats in a barrel. Of the minuses: the road to the sea through a dirty dusty wasteland, mediocre cleaning (not always wet), weak animation for adults, well, the location of the hotel relative to the old Side is quite far away (only transport to get there), but the last point we had in mind when choosing, because hotels closer to the city were with the appropriate price tag. We had a vacation in June 2024 with my husband together . This is our first vacation abroad, so we are rather unassuming tourists.
We liked the hotel in general, and we are happy with our stay.

2) the location of the hotel is to get to the ancient city for 2 bucks per person by minibus for half an hour with a breeze. We went for a walk ourselves , looked at everything and returned to the hotel . The journey took half an hour . It takes an hour to get to the hotel from the airport.

I was vacationing with two children, the hotel was declared for a family holiday with children, but ... there are zero animations for children, they entertain only adults, and then there was aqua aerobics and foam once. The children's pool is under the shade, terribly cold. The food is delicious, but very monotonous. It is 700 meters to the sea, there is a bus, but it is faster to walk than to wait for it. It takes 10 minutes to walk, by and large there is nothing difficult about it, but if a car passes by, all the dust flies at you. Entering the sea on the beach itself is not comfortable because of the pebbles, but if you go 50-100 meters to the right, there is sand. Littered up? Wash it yourself. Because that's how it's going to stay.
- elevators break down several times a day, walk to the 6th floor.
- if you have a room with a view of the road, then at night there are QUAD bikes going back and forth! and there are tables downstairs where there is fun in the evening with loud music. it is impossible to fall asleep even with a closed balcony.
- the air conditioner is not an air conditioner, but a stupid fan that makes noise like an airplane turbine. at night, neither turn it on, nor open the balcony door (because of the loud noise below). it's in one room, in the other it blows directly on the bed and there is only one mode, nothing on the remote control works except on/off.
- there is nothing to eat at all, unless it's breakfast/lunch/dinner time, especially in the evening. it seems that they chose all inclusive, but there was always a shortage of food. There was no promised coffee break between lunch and dinner. there are so many flies that it is impossible to eat quietly or, moreover, leave the food and move away. although, when you come to collect food, the flies are already sitting there.
- there are no shops within walking distance either, but it is very far and long to get there, and in the evening and at night there is no way at all. by the way, there is nothing near the hotel, it is at the end of the street in a dead end, in the desert. getting to / from the city takes half an hour-an hour by bus, which goes it is unclear how and only pay with cash.
- there is no place to drink in the hotel, everything is open until 17 o'clock! drinking during the day in the heat?! for an amateur. bars by the pool and on the beach until 17! by the way, there is no food, so if you drink, then without snacks all day.
- there is no menu in the bars, only in the lobby, and in the other three you must probably learn and order from memory. the assortment for all bars is the same and it consists of 6 cocktails and beer.
- the audibility is such that you listen to the neighbors' conversations, and when they flush down the toilet, you think it's in your room.
- neighbors smoke in the bathroom -> we have a smell

As for cleaning, my eyesight is not very good, plus even with glasses it is very selective, I do not see dust, because it does not bother me, for the first 2 days they made swans, a heart, even replenished beer, after that they left 100 rubles, then relaxed, they did not even leave soda, only soap and snout, towels were changed, money was no longer left. In the lobby bar, on the beach, reception, smile, friendly attitude, everything - there was no difference between Europeans and me. On the day of arrival, I just exchanged a few words in English, it turned out that it was easier for the girl to communicate in it, sent her to dinner, I praised the cook on the grill, she asked me to wait and reissued my room for a better class, she did not take the money. On the beach at the bar, I watched when a Russian woman asked me to pour wine into a normal glass wine glass just for a photo, they didn't give it. On the last day, I asked to pour champagne into a glass with a thin stem, I already agreed in a bar that does not belong to the hotel (the view is beautiful there) that I would just take a photo and return it. They poured it, no problem. I know it's funny, but I really wanted to)) Just in case, I'm 43 years old, fat, those 100% did not react to the appearance, I just communicate very kindly with everyone
