I went here for a year and a half, everything was top-notch: surprisingly small price and top quality. but starting in the fall of 2024, everything has become so-so, to put it mildly. and by the way, as a rule, they actually never have hot dogs in a bun!
I almost always ordered mushroom, again, everything was great, there was enough of everything, everything was balanced, but they began to put just a classic one with a meager amount of sauce and mushrooms. after that
, for the first time, I decided to order 800g royal for Yandex delivery. (I attached screenshots just in case) there was a lot of cabbage, it was impossible to eat it.
The second time I ordered my favorite mushroom with chicken, but I don't know what arrived. the meat is either beef or something else, but it's not chicken obviously. shava is clearly not mushroom, it's just that you don't understand what. I wrote to support, a review, nothing.
since we are Yandex couriers, I did not return it and ask for a new one, because it was inconvenient in front of a person.
and the boorish cashier with black hair adds to the entourage of this establishment, who turns aggressive when she doesn't hear you.
in general, + one star for the fact that everything used to be super here and their hot dogs with burgers have not dropped in quality and are very tasty.

I loved this place and always ordered here.The rude girl at the checkout said that the shawarma would be ready in half an hour, but as a result, I arrived on time, and it turned out to be almost cold.I also recently ordered a classic shawarma, but there was rotten meat, it was a long way to return.The next time there was veined meat and the same undercooked, the same old cabbage! I ordered a classic shawarma, I liked everything in terms of filling and taste, pita bread is not as dry as some shawarma (I will not advertise), the meat turned out excellent (otherwise I was already tired of dry meat), the only drawback is the lack of tables in a heated room (therefore it is better to eat at home).

Every Friday I took shawarma and pita in Ramiz on Pushkin Avenue.

The girl accepted our order, but did not really announce that you need to wait for your order for at least 20 minutes, as a result, we received it from the beginning of the order time IN 45 minutes. THIS IS JUST A RECORD for this institution. So besides the fact that the order was waited for 45 minutes, they also managed NOT TO PUT pita in the order. IT'S JUST INCREDIBLE!!! So screw up for one hour.
Previously, when a young man named Nikata and another cook served, there were no such problems. Dear Ramiz Arabik Kebab management, take measures so that in the future there will be no problems with waiting for an order and so that your staff will be more attentive when issuing an order.

The stick with chicken is normal (it is written without mayaneses, simple, but normal), but the shawarma with falafel-falafel is bitter and fried in old oil-it needs to be changed more often, and most importantly, not a delicious white sauce that tastes like some kind of kefir, it spoils the shawarma totally.if the sauce is changed, the shawarma will benefit from this. For a lover of revenge, something needs to be done with the smell and more tables should be put while there is still room.

When the establishment first opened, a wonderful cook worked, who easily made shawarma at our request, with all the additives, chopped our favorite jalapeno. He really cooked with his soul. Then when he stopped working there, the shawarma became absolutely wrong, they asked to cut jalapenos, so the cook flatly refused in a rude form, which pushed us away from this institution. The second point that pushed us away was asking for additives in shawarma, so there was nothing at all from the word. We don't buy there anymore, and we won't. Shawarma lottery, out of 4 times only 1 was without complaints, 1 time the old meat and vegetables were wrapped up and thrown away after 2 bites, 1 time the compositions were mixed up and the person who does not tolerate spicy food had to be thrown out too.
