I handed it in on Tuesday, but I can only pick it up on Monday. They were ready on Thursday at about 15.00, but I worked late and couldn't come up. But when I arrived on Friday, all I saw was a closed door. Nowhere, neither on this website nor on the warranty card, which is issued on hand, does it indicate that except Saturday and Sunday, Friday is a day off. Only on the closed door is the pen signed on the chart. But when the repair works, the door is always open and this information is not visible. The master claims that she warns everyone, but I remember for sure that I was not told this.
