I want to leave a review about our "wonderful" stay at the Ranch. We lived here from 16.03 to 17.03 in the house "Hawaii". 1,000 Belarusian rubles were spent on 12 people per day. The amount is not small. It would seem that for such money there should have been nothing to complain about. But. I'll start with the fact that they were settled much later than 14:00, as promised. The administrator was alone (Oksana Akhremchik) and frankly couldn't cope. I just had to take the keys and go check into the room. Then this young lady called when we were already on vacation, and asked us to come pay for the house. C — service. There was no fireplace in the house and it was heated together with the bathhouse by some other people, i.e. we ourselves could not control the heating. Therefore, the cold was terrible. Until they came up and asked to make it warmer. And then they called me repeatedly to keep me warm. It feels like they just took money from people and forgot. And you're freezing there at 16 degrees. We slept in our clothes as a result. There was also no hot water in the house and it had nothing to do with heating. Washing the dishes is problematic, not to mention taking a shower. Saving on everything, and they take money on occasion and without. They said they needed to pay extra for the dog. Good. But there wasn't even a bowl of water for the dog. In a cafe in the city, if you come with a dog, they put a bowl of water for free. And here, for 19 rubles, they didn't even wait for a bowl of water. We arrived with our own couch, otherwise the dog would have had to sleep on the cold floor. What is the surcharge for? For the animal to just walk around the territory and sleep on the floor in their already dirty house. Although at least 2 of their dogs are kept on the territory. I hope they also pay 50% extra for every day for the entire time they stay there. There is a bed for children for at least 50% of the cost, but what is here? C — service. Also, the fact that the house does not have a microwave, a TV, its own fireplace and hot water, the administrator said that "it was necessary to clarify in advance." Excellent service. That is, all the other houses have it all, and only ours did not, and we still had to clarify in advance. It's okay that it's your responsibility to notify me, as a resident, that the house is different from the others for one reason or another.
But in the morning we just had a "surprise" for everyone. It turned out that the wedding that took place there the day before on Saturday will be settled on the second day in the house next door to ours. With all their camp. In one house. And people stupidly came at 10 a.m. and stood over the soul of the whole cahal while we tried to drink coffee in nature. Further - more. At 11, the same receptionist (Oksana) came and began to clean the table in our house, allegedly that big company lacks a table and chairs. Is it normal at all? Check-out is at 12. As a result, we left earlier. The approach and service in this particular case is simply stunning. If you take the money, please don't evict me for my money before the due time. This is lawlessness. The "excellent" service mentioned on the site is a figment of their imagination, nothing more. I will not set foot there anymore, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Do not spoil your nerves for your own considerable money.

I would like to share my time spent at the Ranch, just returned home, and still impressed.We had a rest with the whole family and children.We called and made an appointment in advance, as there was a sad experience that we couldn't get in in the summer, everything was busy all the time.We got a wooden house with a fireplace.We were provided with unlimited firewood.Taking advantage of the fact that we have unlimited firewood, our dad lit the fireplace so that the children had to strip down to their T-shirts.Of course, there is more entertainment here in the summer, but we didn't waste time either.We rode a horse (Hello Squirrel).We chatted with the rabbits.Even in the afternoon, we fried kebabs near the house..We went to a restaurant in the evening.We made sure that the food is very tasty.Of course, there are nuances, as everywhere else.It is a pity that there is only one bathhouse, in the evening it was busy, and in the morning we were too lazy.With all our desire, we never got to the sauna.Although our friends advised us, their sauna is super.We had a good rest, but we drew conclusions.Next time we will make an appointment in advance.

We were at a wedding with friends, for 2 days, it was comfortable to be in the heat of 30 degrees, everything was fine until it turned out that 2 mugs were missing in the houses that were rented and because of this, the guards did not let some of the guests out of the territory by car until the groom paid the cost of the mugs (5 or 10 rubles for sure I remember for 1 mug), and that there is no inventory inventory, the administrator herself did not remember how many mugs were actually in the house. Extortion and blackmail of pure water, part of the company that was not going to leave, led by the groom who rented houses, who would pay for the entire company's departure. The price for these mugs was taken from the ceiling, no receipt or anything else was given, after the mug everything was collected in a pile, counted and everything was in place. Apparently, such companies keep their hands warm. How to relax in nature, I would advise in principle, but the sediment remained and I am unlikely to go there myself

A cozy place. Very beautiful nature. I liked that the gazebos and houses are located quite far from each other, no one bothers anyone. Definitely we will visit more) But there was also one drawback...we were in the gazebo with the company and we were told to go to the toilet to the neighboring house, in which, by the way, a large company was resting, and thus we invaded their vacation, we were with the children and often had to go to them. It was not comfortable for us and I think they were too.

For the first time, we decided to celebrate the New Year with the whole family.We were very disappointed with the banquets and the service.The sidewalks have not been cleaned, it is not possible to walk in heels.During the banquet, a partition fell on my daughter, no one even apologized. The waiter, I didn't remember the name, wore glasses, behaved rudely.The houses were heated themselves, and burned out, and froze.We would like to note the work of the administrator and the stoker with the dog.For some reason, prices jumped sharply / accommodation, sauna / In general, for such money, it would be possible to take care of people.

The rooms are like in a cheap hostel, the doors did not close in the toilet, the toilet drain did not work, there was only one outlet in the room.
We went to rest in several pairs for the new year and no one warned us that 4 people are accommodated in one room on 4 beds, which is completely inconvenient and should not be for such money. We were promised that we would have breakfast on the day of the eviction, but as it turned out, breakfast was not included. In general, the impressions are extremely negative, I would not recommend it to anyone.

What's good: the cafe is beautiful, the food is delicious, the territory is generally spacious, but that's where the advantages end.
There are a lot of midges and mosquitoes on the beach and on the territory, but fortunately they warn about this.
Summary: a place for one night on the way somewhere. It's good that we didn't stop for 2-3 nights, as originally planned. Maybe you don't notice all the flaws in a drunken stupor, but overall the impressions are negative
