The very atmosphere in the Ranch is very relaxing both in summer and winter. The kitchen is good, the staff is polite! The last time we went in winter was on a Sunday and the cafe was crowded. The waiters did not have time with the orders, as a result, our evening was ruined by this. We ordered several different dishes and drinks, and they brought us one at an interval of 10-15 minutes. The drinks were brought at the very end, my frozen and hungry children ate dry, and immediately naturally ate what they brought, we sat with empty plates all evening, drank at the end and left. The guys don't have time, I understand, but we came to relax and not to be nervous. I think the administration should attract additional staff on weekends.

We were at your place, we were sitting in a summer cafe by the water, but suddenly it started to rain and we were left in the rain, all wet went into a winter cafe and everything on the table got wet and became with water. It's not a very pleasant feeling to sit in a cafe wet.
Please make umbrellas over the tables for such occasions.
