I was registering at my place of residence. The employee was responsive, told me everything, helped /explained how to fill out the documents. The attitude is friendly. The room itself is small, I don't think there are enough windows for maintenance. Maybe there's an influx and everyone's crowding in, or maybe it's okay. I would like to automate the queue itself and the repeated approaches to the service windows a little bit. Overall, it's not bad.
There is a lot of paperwork to do registration, you need to fill out a lot of papers, the 21st century is in the yard, everything is in electronic form, but you need to defend a lot of time to fill out the same papers, while constantly queuing
