It is located INSIDE the building, the entrance is ordinary, not separate. There are few pointers to find. At the same time, the location of the cash register center itself is strange: you first need to find the door with the inscription "DZYARZHPASLUGI" and guess that this is a cash register center. Then you go in and there's a big space where the girl behind the counter is hidden. You need to approach her and ask for a ticket. Honestly, it's extremely illogical and ill-conceived for people who got here for the first time.
They gave me a ticket and sent me to the 1st gym. In front of me (judging by the coupon, there are only 2 people to replace my passport) and 3 specialists. The hall was almost empty. I've been waiting for AN HOUR!!!!! just change your passport.
For some reason, everything took a very long time. The staff is polite and works with high quality, but due to the fact that you have to do a lot of things that people themselves have to do, because no one UNDERSTANDS anything AND THERE IS NO ONE TO ASK AND EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES, you wait for a meeting with a long-awaited employee to finally do everything properly and fill out, the staff just do extra work with by every person. And there are clearly not enough employees (although a huge number of tables are provided).
For some reason, employees have examples of filling out forms, and if you make a mistake, you sit and rewrite everything with a specialist and waste your time and someone else's.
Wouldn't it be easier to make sure that people are informed as much as POSSIBLE IN ADVANCE? (not just one sheet, but many options for filling out and paying with consistent actions for first-graders!)
And just one additional employee to whom you could contact BEFORE calling a specialist would solve so many problems and time losses!
Not all employees are sufficiently qualified in matters that are directly related to their areas of work. Not everyone fully and sufficiently explains which paper needs to be submitted and which applications to fill out. You sit in line, they tell you to fill out the paper, you fill out the paper, the queue, and as a rule, another specialist who will definitely ask about the application that needed to be filled out, you fill out the queue again, the specialist, in total, three times and it turned out that all this was not necessary because initially you did not have the necessary document with you, which you did not even know about The first specialist thought, in the end, when all the stars came together, they forgot to put a seal! Well , what can I say ....
It's well thought out.Electronic queue. There are no signs from the entrance of the shopping center on how to find a safe passage in the nook.It would be nice if the registrars themselves printed the contracts, as in the cadastre, even if for money. There would be fewer errors when filling out.The site is not very informative. What documents you need to have with you, the contract on the website differs from the contract on the table in the center (some wording), although the essence of the document does not seem to change. The location is good. The waiting time depends on the number of registrars and visitors. It was quite informative twice. Not all registrars are loyal to visitors.
A pleasant gift for residents of Pervomaisky district of Minsk! A spacious and comfortable room, an electronic queue, a short wait (many specialist jobs). At the entrance, the one window service will issue a ticket to the appropriate specialist. Parking is large, free, barrier-free from the Pershy National shopping center, in which the cash register center is located on the ground floor. The staff is polite, friendly and patient.
How can you ruin a good idea? That's right - this can be seen on the example of this center! Starting with the fact that the center itself is open until 22-00, help by phone until 18-00 HOW !!! Next, you enter the hall on a weekday at 11: 00, you see huge areas, a lot of "jobs" that 3 out of 10/12 work. And that's not ALL - they work "like a wet fire" there were 5 electronic queue coupons in front of us, we sat for exactly an hour, and did not get to the reception. The only thing I would like to thank the head of this center, who, seeing this situation, served herself (registration of the lease agreement) literally in 5-7 minutes , which left a very good impression!
there are queues, but they go pretty fast. the operators are not all adequate, but there are very friendly and ready to help / prompt. the bosses were pleased and helped to resolve the issue
Operational service.
The queue for registration of a rental agreement on a weekday after work is 2 hours. It's a bit stuffy in winter. There is a water cooler. Office chairs and several sofas for waiting.
Polite, qualified staff. The location in the far corner, if not for the guards, I would have been looking for a long time.
The queue is big, but pretty fast. 25 people rushed to a utility specialist in 45 minutes. You can brighten up the wait by walking around the shopping center, the main thing is not to get carried away.
With great gratitude, I want to mention the excellent, professional work of the deputy.the head of the RSC Insurance Anastasia Olegovna! She is always polite, smiling and always helps with advice in any situation! He is a professional in his field and a very responsive person!
Thank you, Anastasia Olegovna, for your hard work and professionalism!
It is difficult to find, easy to lose and impossible to forget.
Advantages: convenient opening hours, excellent repair, air conditioning and toilets in the waiting room.
Cons: there is no normal navigation and in order to find where this institution is located, you will have to practice orienteering; coupons can only be taken at the reception, and you just need to read the information kiosks; there are a lot of jobs, and specialists were not brought for them, because of this, waiting in line for 20+ minutes; the specialists themselves 50/50 came across as polite and they are patient with my stupid questions, and boorish with rolled eyes at any word you say.
To improve the work: 1) Make normal navigation in the shopping center with bright and visible signs from afar; 2) Add the ability to independently take coupons in the information kiosk; 3) Hire more specialists, not everyone wants to grow old in line; 4) Increase the PO and improve working conditions for your specialists so that they do not growl at people and roll their eyes only with pleasure realizing what a wonderful place they work in.
It's just awful. If earlier in the RSC at the Post Office I could get any certificate in a maximum of 15 minutes, then here I spent an hour and a half. At the same time, there was no one in front of me in the queue to receive certificates on the composition of the family. My ticket was stupidly not called for an hour and a half!! Those who came after me on other issues are long gone.
Their call program crashes periodically, as I understand it.
In addition, out of 7 operators, only 1 works, maximum 2.
Everything is terribly slow!!
Disgusting))) Before that, I served an hour and a half for two certificates. The next time I applied, the certificate turned out to be overdue, the next day I brought a new one (after waiting in line for an hour), and another specialist told me that it was impossible to recalculate, and sent me to another room to the boss. People come to you that experts don't give a damn about. And there are constant queues from half an hour to two hours.
A comfortable place with courteous staff. But the waiting time is from 30 minutes. If it wasn't for the employee who worked quickly and didn't immediately explain what needed to be done step by step, it would have been very sad and even longer.
The waiting time for your turn is very long on any day of the week, so feel free to include at least 3-4 hours of waiting in your plans, even to receive the most insignificant certificate or statement. And if you go for the first time, it will be a problem to find the location of the RSC itself in the wilds of the Persha shopping center, focus on the Vitba pavilion and to the left of it, it is better to ask a security officer right at the entrance. And in terms of service by specialists, there are absolutely no complaints, everything is done competently and they advise on any related issues in the most detailed way.
It's not too bad. After reading the reviews, which I couldn't find, the waiting time was five hours, and I was pleasantly surprised. There are no issues with shopping center navigation, the maximum waiting time during rush hour is forty minutes. I've been there four times. Don't be afraid, everything is fine.
All the questions were solved in a couple of minutes. But it feels like all this information can be obtained at the touch of a button by those who forced me to search, drive, and waste time on a piece of paper.
A very large, warm and bright room, built with public money and a large staff.
It's sad! There are huge queues in a beautifully equipped room. There are not enough employees. the waiting time is more than 2 hours. It's organized strangely. The management should look at how the MFCs work in the Russian Federation. Now there is an impression of a lack of interest in the results. It shouldn't be like this!
Previously, it was possible to solve all issues in the RSC in 20-30 minutes, you also need to come here with a tent: there seem to be a lot of specialists, but the queue is barely moving.
They did it beautifully and expensively, but inefficiently.
Well, it was easier to get there before.
The women at the reception are constantly busy with their own affairs, instead of consulting visitors.
It's a pity that you can't give a negative rating, there are a lot of units for this institution. Any simple question takes 2-3 hours at any time of the day, there is no information, there are always no forms, experts are mostly from the category "there are many of you, but I am alone." Perhaps, when combining all the RSCs into one, they wanted the best, but it turned out as usual.
5 or 6 windows!) the queue of 21 people... 5 chubby pies got up from their seats and went to stuff their tummies. The queue is not moving...ONE window is working😂 as always , State services are on top. What is the problem, write about the lunch time of your employees so that people do not come for services at the moment when everyone flies to the canteen…
Everything would be nice, but there is a total shortage of specialists, a sprint race at the opening of the center, as at the Olympic Games, so as not to become the 27th in line. All this only draws a minus one star, which unfortunately cannot be set, so just one.
They wanted the best, but it turned out, as always ...
The queues are crazy, specialists do not always understand what they want from them, they run around, consult with each other ...
Several halls. It is not always possible to hear who is being called, where they are being called, someone generally climbs without waiting in line, they say, "I just want to ask."..
A brand new, beautiful, modern place with queues from the USSR. Of the 12 seats in the second hall, 2 operators work. Do you want to solve your question in 15 minutes? Three times haha, take food, water, a tent with you, get ready to spend the whole day here.
We used the services of the RSC Pervomaisky district. On the positive side, spacious halls, an electronic queue, registration and registration of the employment contract immediately, they are redirected to the passport officers immediately (all in one visit).I recommend filling out the forms in advance and you will quickly pass (while others will fill out the forms), if you did not have time to fill out the forms, come up and the specialist gives you another 10-15 minutes, then watch the queue. In general, I liked everything.I recommend coming to the opening by 10
There is not an adequate manager at the reception, who has little working time, otherwise I do not understand why they yelled at me and told me not to take up her time.
Don't your staff have enough time to answer questions?
Why do you reject reviews, let people know how people are treated there.
Of course they did it well and beautifully..but! It would be possible to divide by neighborhoods, so that there would not be such queues until nightfall and they would not stand with small children and drive so much.
It's just terrible!!! A step into the future, a beautiful room is wonderful. Just to begin with, you need to set up and organize the work correctly. Today I waited in line for 4 hours to apply for a passport replacement. The queues are huge, and there are very few employees. Not only are there few of them, they still have time to go about their business, while a huge number of people are waiting in the hall. Also, there is absolutely NO information on the stands. After waiting in line for 4 hours, I was told that additional documents were required (which no one had ever mentioned before). It's just a wasted day off, and the documents have not been submitted. What about people who work and don't have the opportunity to waste a couple of hours of their time waiting. In this system of issuing coupons, it is not even clear which queue you are in and when you will be invited. Which completely eliminates the possibility of moving away, and they have to just sit waiting all the time. This is a complete absurdity, not a step into the future
I came for a certificate stating that I live in their area, sat and fell asleep in line for 2.5 hours, eventually left without waiting, there were a lot of specialists at that time, but some did not understand what they were doing, it was just terrible, imagine sitting for 2.5 hours for one certificate
A step into the future. We strive for the best. We have combined several RSCs in one place. From the point of view of functionality, it is convenient. From the point of view of location, it is not very convenient. Still, it was more convenient when it was located near the house.

It seems to me that all the positive reviews are fake))))
The place is super, everything is brand new, beautiful, modern.
Before going to this institution, the operator Natalia gave me several favors on the phone, called 5 minutes after opening, so it would not work to write off for a "difficult day"))))
Upon arrival, there was not enough responsiveness, cordiality, desire to help, there was a feeling that money was not paid for this work, for this process, not beautiful ladies But to me, and I owe them all. The operator (unfortunately, I did not remember the name) allowed herself to make a barb at her husband's words, I think this is categorically not permissible. All the time spent with a specialist is like "on pins and needles". During the visit, there was a feeling of a "stone wall" between the specialist and the visitor. horror. When I started writing a review, I put three stars, while I was writing, I changed my mind, two.
Get ready mentally to visit this institution)))
I visited the RSC on 08/09/2024.
I read the reviews and understand that since February there have been no changes towards improving the work.
A guard with a metal detector turns around all those entering the shopping center until 10.00, who will not say the password "to work", by 9.40 50 people are already gathering in front of the doors to the shopping center, a little shouting, nerves who came first, and then, at the signal of the guard, "come in" the whole crowd begins to RUN, overtaking each other and looking around where and in which corner is the cherished door.
The spectacle is worthy of a part of the ONT news program.
Everyone is running, both old people and mothers with strollers, as their upbringing allows).
It's a pathetic wild sight.
We run behind the iron door in a crowd, there we are met a la receptionist, back in line, but the most interesting thing is that no matter how the guard did not let anyone into the RSC, 4 people were already standing there, where did they come from, that is, somehow it is still possible to leak.
Then they give a ticket, show the side with their hand where to run)), the second hall), people shout at each other on the way :where is he?, you come running, 8/9 places for employees, one in place, computers are not connected, time is 10.07.
Again shouting and swearing, employees snap and agitate to complain to the Ministry), after 15 minutes 2 more employees appeared, and the roll call began already with employees: Galya withdraw from the contract), everyone left systems? I can't open it, girls who have an incoming book)
A day has passed, I am still under the impression and I really want fate to save me from taking any kind of certificate to the RSC Pervomaisky district.
I got the certificate after 1.40. But I was the first at the door, but I lost in the marathon to the door, there were also thieves at the reception and in fact 7 in line.
Horror and nightmare!
Bullying people.
There are still no signs.
It is unrealistic to find a Single RSC ("Dzyarzhpaslugi") hidden in the lobby of the shopping center for the Pervomaisky district. On the stand with store signs, it is highlighted in black at the end of the list of objects on the 2nd floor.
BUT I noticed this after 15 minutes of searching and visiting him. There were no guards on the way, shop assistants shrugged their shoulders...
It turned out that it was located in the opposite direction from the ave. Independence of the part of the building between the shops Vitba and Postavy-furniture. If you go from Beltelecom, then a little to the right along the corridor. When I asked the deputy manager why there was no normal pointer, she replied that they should not do it... No comments, as they say...
well, in the RSC itself... the ratio is polar, the dynamics in the queue of visitors is low.
Everything is beautiful inside, but computers do not work periodically, there is no way to call and find out to a specialist (as it used to be possible to do in the RSC at the Housing and Communal Services). You JUST have to come and sit in line to clarify the issue. It is very difficult to get through to a single number. "Your number in line is 48" is impressive (although there have been 35th, 11th, and 8th).
It's just terrible, you can lose half a day. Moreover, the service station does not take duplicate messages, so they also do not want to de-register people who have already been registered at another address for half a month. Just sur.
Constant queues, lack of information exchange between services, and the complete incompetence of employees are repeated in this RSC with enviable regularity. Maybe it's time to finally fix the situation?
It's just awful. It is unclear how the electronic queue works, there is no appointment, two hours of time for a certificate of family composition.
Is it really impossible to somehow get away, because there are different services
I've been sitting in the center for two hours now in order to give a certificate for recalculating utilities for a year, I was warned to sit for 3-4 hours, disgusting organization of work, bullying people.
There are no normal hall designations, the reception does not normally warn about this, as a result, they only lost time. Employees themselves don't understand who is responsible for what
There are only solid disadvantages
Boorish attitude from most specialists, you politely greet employees in response only to discontent, in particular, specialist Dedyulya Svetlana Gennadievna
Overall well done, courteous staff, almost convenient location. Upholstered sofas for waiting. There is not enough unfinished road to danamol, you have to turn around through the ring road to leave for the city. There are more queues than in the old settlement center, we had to wait longer. The smell of paint.
Thanks to the experienced specialists who helped me figure out my question. A new place, modern, neat renovation. I think it's more comfortable for employees to work here.
It's total darkness. Guys, I do not know how you work, but when I come to you at different times and on different days, I work a maximum of 5 out of 13 windows. And the most interesting thing is that these five specialists manage to dissolve, leaving two colleagues in a queue of 40 people, and this, by the way, at 17-18 hours when everyone runs to solve their questions after work. As a result, 3 hours of waiting to pick up the contract. The idea of unification is probably not a bad one, a spacious ventilated hall, toilets, tables, but guys, we need to do something with specialists, while going to you is just a mockery. By the way, when the RSC stood alone, any issue was resolved up to half an hour, even with the work of one specialist and at peak hour.
How does this happen?
- sitting in line for half a day and not solving the problem!
- why do specialists take a person for an hour and a half?
- the queue is not moving, what do you mean?
Everyone nearby was herded here. Of course, there are queues for an hour. Plus the maintenance time itself. Although they go fast by themselves. The service is just pleasant specialists, there are no questions.
Everything can be printed on the spot from their forms, which is convenient, you only fill out an application.
