Without calling for an appointment, despite the long queues, the workers go about their business, shouting at each other. Sitting listening to rudeness to other people. They talk as if the slaves had come to the masters. It used to be the same (until the organization moved), but it was possible to resolve issues with the passport officer in 20 minutes. And now I've been sitting for an hour, and it's unclear how long to wait for an audience.

Terrible RSC, there is no desire to go there, employees just don't care about people, they can't explain any situation at all, they just put noodles on your ears. They cannot submit documents on time.
I applied for a passport. There were few people, a convenient electronic queue. Everything was clearly explained, samples were provided for filling. The service is good.
In general, the service is good, but there is congestion and you have to wait a lot of time.
