Отличный расчетно-справочный центр, просторный, много мест для сидения, больше 30 "Окошек" для принятия людей, из-за этого очередь если и есть, то очень быстро рассасывается. Электронная очередь, можно взять кофе. Единственное, парковка тесновата, но машину при желании можно найти куда поставить.
Обращаюсь не первый раз с различными вопросами в рсц.

У меня диссонанс после посещения данного рсц. Новый район, новое здание, а сервис такой же как и везде, специалисты всё заполняют в ручную, я про справки и тд. Спрашиваю, а зачем тогда компьютеры у каждого на рабочем месте, в ответ улыбаются😁. Персонал хороший, отзывчивый, но можно как-то их работу автоматизировать Что-ли. Успехов✌️

К специалистам претензий нет, а к самому помещению есть. Места для ожидания своей очереди очень мало, при большом наплыве посетителей, не протолкнуться. Нет возможности решать свои вопросы без посторонних, вся очередь позади слушает с чем ты пришёл.

Диспенсер с водой есть, а стаканчиков к нему - нет )
Зарегистрироваться на сайте можно, но если ввести правильный лицевой счёт - он не принимается. Предлагают звонить на короткий номер (тарифы сами знаете ;)
В общем, всё очень даже по-советски. Сохраняя традиции, так сказать... ))
Время было согласовано через приложение.Пришли в это время.Взяли талончик на это время по записи и нас сразу пригласили .Процедура заняла 15 минут вместе с платежом в ЕРИП.Люди вежливые,предупредительные.
