Hello, I put one, but I would like to put zero with a minus! I am writing so that others do not repeat our mistake with booking these apartments, which we never got to.
We booked the apartments in advance for 3 days, received confirmation at the Booking, then, when we bought the tickets, we were confirmed to check in later. The day before, the hostess called and told us the address where to come (Tallinn, Pikk str, 58) and that she would meet us at 22.15, and also clarified that she charges 35 euros for late check-in.
Upon arrival, no one met us, not a single phone answered our calls not only at the agreed time of check-in, but also in the following days. So far, no one has contacted us, the claim has been ignored at the Booking Office.
In fact, we stayed at night in a strange city in a foreign country without housing. We had to go looking for a hotel in order not to stay on the street.
I would really like to know the reason for such egregious behavior.
