Excellent 25m pool, wide paths, clear and clean water, everything is new. There are not many people during the day. Morning sessions only the pool, baths and Jacuzzi are not working. There is a small terrace, you can lie on a sun lounger in good weather. There is a bar on site. Ample parking. Towels are available at the counter for a fee.

I recommend you to visit the Spa-weekend program, for this price, just a great vacation! The price includes three meals a day and unlimited access to the spa area.
The food is excellent! The food is simple, but cooked well and in large quantities, we were girls with an appetite and could not overpower either breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the portions are just impressive, no one will stay hungry. The restaurant staff are polite, responsive, and help with non-standard requests.
I also really liked the spa complex, a large pool with hydromassage, Jacuzzi and a very good hammam! Straight hot, good steam and plenty of space. I also liked the Russian bath, but the hammam is straight top.
The territory is good from the inside, they build a lot from the outside and it's not very pretty, but you can go out for a walk to the Minsk sea.
I will definitely come again!

The SPA area is excellent, a good swimming pool, 2 baths, a wish shower, a Jacuzzi, two water taps. Everything is in good condition, pleasant music is playing.
The Bar/restaurant is excellent. Delicious and satisfying. In general, it is worthy.
The hotel reception is unfortunately bad. The girl told almost nothing, every time it was necessary to approach and clarify what could be printed and given to guests for information (spa opening hours, not sanitation time, breakfast, lunch and dinner, etc., information that after eviction you can still use the spa from 12:00 to 14:00 (spa weekend). Photocopies of passports after eviction would not be bad to return.
The number is bad. I understand that guests come to the spa, but I have to sleep in the room. A room without air conditioning is one time. In the 30 degree heat it is unpleasant. There were no screens on the windows, that's two! I looked at what was not at all, but there was no one in our room. The bed is crumbling and creaking. The mattress is dead, the sheet is small and rolls down at night, that's three. The faucet in the bathroom is rusty.

Today we went for a steam massage, I was glad that there were a guy and a girl masseurs. But when they became the opposite, it became unpleasant. I couldn't relax at all from the word, I was just stroked for a lot of money. There are no questions for the girl, but the guy needs to go to massage therapy courses. And at the end of the massage, they washed the car with a car wash on the street under the window. It sounds like a mower in the morning. It was a shame. And I also gave my friends a certificate. Now I will only go by recommendation. I am very disappointed.

The hotel is just terrible , I don 't recommend it to anyone! The administrator does not keep order from the word at all , at night all the guests are drunk screaming , it is not possible to go to sleep at all . The doors in the rooms with huge slits seem to be missing , the walls in the room are cardboard , you can see and hear everything. The beds should have been scrapped long ago , the pillows are like rags with stones , the room is very small and it costs 180 white rubles , an impressive amount . The price tag in the restaurant is very expensive. We never got into the pool and spa, they told us a lot of people, they let everyone who comes in a row, but there are no places for hotel guests, is that how?! The most disgusting hotel! It's just a shame for Belarus

Solid 3. We got a standard room, because there were no other available rooms. The site is ancient Egyptian, not adapted, not understandable, I had to call and book. The room itself is of course Tosca green: the design of the dinosaur era. It evokes a terrible melancholy and tasteless , it 's good that we only slept there and we turned the humiliation of the view into laughter . There are no sockets near the beds, they are only where the refrigerator and TV are)) There are no bedside lamps . You turn off the main light and grope your way to the bed like a mole . And in general, in the hotel itself, the light is turned off in the corridors: you come home and equip yourself with a flashlight in order to reach the room and not break your legs. Then we found switches and turned on the lights in the hallway , but they followed us and turned them off 🤣 The wallpaper was swollen in places , covered everything in pellets 🫣 the only thing we liked was the food in the restaurant ! They cook very well) The hotel staff itself is responsive and pleasant.

We were on the weekend with the children. The staff, the service, the baths, the pool, the food all liked it, but the rooms are certainly tired. The plumbing is flimsy and of course there is not enough soap dish in the rooms! We took a standard room. It may not be bad for two, but it's a little cramped for three. I would like to have family rooms, but alas, there are none. The rooms that overlook the forest are gloomy, there is not enough light. I should have at least pasted light-colored wallpaper. The food is good, even wonderful. The staff is very friendly and attentive!

We took a suite in a hotel with an all-inclusive service. Today we immediately left without an overnight stay, the reason is simple : 1) everything is terribly dirty! The bed is stained, the sofa is stained, the carpet is stained, the toilet is pissed and not washed off. 2) The food is not terrible, but it's like they came to Grandma. Tomato and onion salad, it's not a salad. It doesn't even reach the vegetable slicing.3) Everyone has access to the spa, even people from the street who just threw money for swimming. As a result, it turns out that 4 guests came to rest, and a hundred children and their mothers. Is it a vacation? Not)

The receptionist replied, "I do not know, I am on a replacement." Terrible towels and bathrobes. They did not warn that one of the masseurs is a man, and even learns by looking at how another massage is done at the next couch. The other two girls who did the massage are good, no questions asked. In general, as a spa, I definitely do not recommend it. There is no service, but the aquazone (I liked the pool and saunas)

We go here to the spa quite often as a family, two saunas, a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There are guns, hydro massage and everything works. Also a shower of impressions. And I liked everything before, the price/quality ratio. This time we decided to eat in a restaurant - we ordered a salad with beef tongue, as a result they brought it with pork. A fat, small tongue. We decided to ask the waitress, to which she replied that this could not be and called the cook who was cooking. She came up to us with the words "girls".. It was immediately clear that the conversation was about nothing. As a result, it is not tasty, the mood is spoiled. By the way, about the waitress. When I asked her the composition of the dish, she said she didn't know. I asked how she was hired in this case, she told me that it was not a restaurant but a canteen))) In general, there are no questions, since this is a canteen ( and the prices are not canteen by the way, but as in any other institution in Minsk ), then there are no complaints .

This review does NOT apply to the SPA area!
A couple of days before the arrival date, we were warned that the "weekend tariff" was in effect (logically, a big weekend).
When registering, the administrator noticed that we got a good room in their "sovdep". Good number: mold! dirty plumbing and non-closing shower doors (if you want, if you don't want, you will fill everything), complete lack of ventilation and a battery for 18 ribs in a room of 11m2 - this is a natural steam room. Well, the most amazing thing in this case is that the drain in the shower does not work, at the request of the administrator to solve it - we were given a knife - to open the stuck drain. By ourselves.
It is worth noting that upon check-in, we were immediately directed to a restaurant for lunch (everything is OK, but I would like to have a choice if you don't eat meat).
There were no further questions about the SPA zone, with one exception - IT was VERY slippery, in one session 3 people powerfully turned right back up the steps to the pool).
The schedule of meals provided is very contrary to the schedule of visiting the spa area, i.e. either one or the other.
Dinner is announced until 21.00 (we have specified in advance the opening hours of the restaurant and the kitchen, because we planned to spend the evening there - the kitchen until 22, the restaurant until 23). At 20.40 we went to the restaurant, got our 2 servings and a clarification - "we will feed you, of course, but we work until 21.00." That is, payment for the work of the staff goes according to the weekend rate, and they work according to their usual schedule.
Actually, we wandered into the room - because, of course, the mood was completely spoiled. There are absolutely no other activities or entertainment, i.e. I ate and slept.
The whole situation upset us extremely, we had no desire to stay overnight and the next day. We packed up, went to check out - the administrator was very surprised what it was and why, we explained to her. The call to the restaurant - oh, so they got confused, they work, the waiters just didn't know and informed the guests that they work until 21 (it seems to me that the staff just wanted to kick everyone out and finish the working day), oh, what a pity that it happened.
Where else is "oh, what a pity" - a worthy answer to such a case - I do not know. But the place is just catastrophically loose, unkempt and will spoil your every possible mood and rest.

We came with a company for the weekend. We rented a third cottage. We went into the house and were blown away by the temperature, it was terribly cold, asked to turn on the heating while the house was "warming up" and sat on the terrace (it was warmer there). After a couple of hours, they asked to turn up the heating because the batteries are barely warm. Thank you that at least there were heaters in the rooms. The house didn't heat up at all. Walking is unbearable, only in shoes and with a blanket over clothes.
The restaurant is not bad, there is a very large selection.
The next day they wanted to go to the spa, to warm up after a "rest". They came to find out about the visit, they said that there are some problems with hot water now (well, that's okay, no one is insured here)
Maybe it's nicer there in the summer, but it's definitely not very good now.

The conditions in the rooms are not very good, to put it mildly - the coil is cold, the tap water flows red. There are no bedside tables, one chair for two in the room. There was also no toilet paper in the room.
Everything inside the complex is super comfortable.
The staff is unfriendly, the service surprised with its sharpness. The food is tasteless, too salty.
The Internet is very weakly loaded, both mobile and WiFi. I do not recommend it

Cozy rooms, pleasant interior. Free large parking. There is a place for children to walk on the territory. The spa area was impressive. Comfortable water temperature in the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna for lovers of hot steam, hammam, shower impressions. There are several different zones of water treatments in the pool - hydro massage for different zones. A visit to this place left a twofold impression! When viewed in general, everything is not bad, when viewed in detail, it's terrible. The Standard rooms are dead, the wallpaper is filled with something incomprehensible, there is a painting on the ceiling of smeared insects, of which there are countless in the room, the tiles in the bathroom are mildewed. There are more minuses than pluses in SPA. The cafe does not have bad service, the food is without frills, but quite tasty and satisfying.
