I bought a cube bike here on 07/18/24, I thought everything would be fine, the courier delivered the bike with several rather noticeable scratches on the front fork (I noticed them after the courier left when I fastened the bike at home), but I thought okay, the next day I noticed that the front left pedal was clamped, which is why I often had to several times I put my foot on it, a week later, during acceleration, I began to notice that the chain was slipping, the last straw was the rear wheel, which began to walk 8 times, I went to their office, after an exciting conversation with manager Alexey, I realized that I was a fool myself, I had to pay for a bike no less 3200r, come to them yourself and specify everything, because it is very difficult to check the pedals, the tightness of the rear sleeve, the manager Alexey himself confirmed to me that the wheel began to drive 8 due to the fact that the rear sleeve was not fully clamped, in short, it is necessary to repair the spokes, they wished me a good day in the office and sent with God)
It's a pity that you can't put 0 here, because, as for me, they didn't deserve more, let's try to deal with this situation, but in other bodies.
