A good hotel for a family holiday, lived for 2 weeks with a child of three years old, liked it.
Beautiful grounds, two swimming pools, one with sand for children, trees and palm trees. There is a large selection of different food for every taste at breakfast. The rooms are quite spacious - both standard and deluxe. The layout of our version, by the way, is convenient. Don't expect a perfect cleaning, but they are putting things in order. Drinking water and towels are renewed every day, and bed linen is changed on request. Of the cons, the WiFi often fell off. The nearest beaches of Yanui and NaiHarn are transported and picked up on schedule by local open cars, but we sometimes walked. Yanui is small but picturesque, where you can rent kayaks and saps. NaiHarn is further and it is bigger, there are already waves, sometimes rescuers drive out of the water. On the beach near the hotel you can take a good walk, watch the ebb and flow. There is everything you need within walking distance. The area is generally calm and different from the bustling Patong.

We rested from 11/17/2024 to 11/27/2024. I liked the hotel very much, exceeded all expectations. This is a solid 4. A great huge room with a view of the pool, everything worked in the room - air conditioning, refrigerator... Cleaning every day. We hung a sign on the door asking them to get out. After reading the bad reviews, they changed the towels themselves - they did not expect that they would put fresh ones. There was a maid's cart on the floor all day, and some of the neighboring rooms were being cleaned. We approached the maid, handed over our towels and asked for a clean set. In terms of food, the breakfasts are quite good. The fruits are so-so, greenish. But such a story is a common occurrence even in higher-level hotels. Otherwise, you can choose a dish to your liking. I took muesli with yogurt and eggs. There were pancakes and hash browns several times. For dessert, there are always delicious puff pastry with cream. In general, the claims to food are incomprehensible to me... Next to the hotel there is a super rest - Wecafe. We went there for lunch. The prices are much cheaper than in Moscow restaurants. There is a huge menu, the dishes are mostly European, but there is also food with a slight Thai bias (tom yam, many rice options, etc.). The taste is amazing, and the portions are such that dinner is not needed later! I wanted to try everything.
The biggest advantage of the hotel, in my opinion, is the luxurious pools. The entire territory is a maze of pools, around which the buildings are located. It is very convenient and beautiful.
The hotel is located quite far from the beaches. There is a shuttle service that we did not use, because we like to walk a lot. About 1.3 km from the hotel is Yang Nui Beach, a very picturesque small beach. There are no sun beds, you can rent an umbrella and a rug or lie on a towel in the shade of the trees. Many people swim with a mask on this beach, there are areas with corals near the shore. The waves are smaller than on other beaches. It was completely calm for several days. And they also ride boots and boats here.
The second beach is a little further away (about 2.2 km) - Nai Harn. I heard that it is considered the most beautiful in Phuket. Sun beds and umbrellas can be rented here. The price is 100 baht for a sunbed.
The peculiarity of Rawai - the area where the hotel is located - is that there is access to both sides of the island, so you can watch both sunrise and sunset over the sea. The dawn is visible from the balconies of the hotel, as well as on Rawai Beach, which is located across the street. Rawai beach is not suitable for swimming, but you can take a lot of atmospheric photos there, as well as boats with excursions to the islands depart from there.
Rawai is not a hangout place, there is only one nightclub here, which we never reached. So if you are going to Thai with a desire to go clubbing, it is better to choose another place, for example, Patong.
The minus (uncritical, but it's worth saying this in fairness) of the hotel is not a very good gym. There is no air conditioning, only fans. The exercise equipment includes a dumbbell row, a bench and a crossover. As well as cardio equipment.
To summarize, the price-quality ratio in this hotel is optimal! I can safely recommend it for a moderately relaxing holiday. The hotel has left exceptionally pleasant memories and a desire to return to Phuket again!

I stayed at this hotel and was rather satisfied with my stay. The rooms are clean and tidy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions.
However, there were some points that could be improved. For example, the breakfast was rather modest and monotonous, I would like a greater variety of dishes. the hotel had free Wi-Fi, which is normal nowadays.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel, but there are some points that could be improved to increase the comfort level of the guests.

The hotel is wonderful, very cozy, the territory is beyond praise! The pools are comfortable, comfortable, the beds in the rooms are simply huge, the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, the air conditioning is working properly! The food is delicious at breakfast, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The cleaner comes every day, leaves drinking water, changes towels, sweeps.
Of the minuses, minor, in my opinion:
- the bed linen has not been changed at all in 10 days
- the noise from the road is heard all night in some rooms (neighbors, by the way, are not heard)
- weak water pressure in the shower
- monotonous breakfasts, for some reason there were no mangoes :(
- Rawai is a village, in fact, where nothing really happens, the beach for swimming is not within walking distance, the taxi goes reluctantly.
In general, I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and acquaintances!

A great hotel in Phuket. We rested in it this year. The area is quiet, located almost in the very south of the island, there are not many shops nearby, but you can find something in it. There is a transfer from the hotel to two beaches, you will be brought there and taken away after 4. One beach is small and quiet, the other is longer and the waves are higher. The hotel itself is a choir, the breakfasts are huge, it's fashionable to overeat. The staff is friendly, there are two large pools.

Very nice hotel! Just great! The rooms are clean, the linen is good, the food in the restaurant is delicious. Breakfast is the same every day, but you can choose from it according to your taste, in general, there is everything for breakfast. A very large (long) cool pool, most of it in the shade, which is a big plus in Thailand. There were no chipped tiles anywhere in the pool. The depth is 1.40m. There is also a separate pool for children, it is with sand, it is also very cool, kids can dig in the sand, like on the beach. There is a bar in the pool, you can order any drinks, food is brought to order. Delicious, fast. The air conditioning in the room works perfectly! They are cleaned daily, and the bed linen is also changed every day. There is Parking for cars and bikes, there are always places. The beach is across the street, literally 100 meters away, but there are boats there, we did not go there. We went to other beaches by car. In general, the hotel is very good! I heartily recommend it! I think we'll go back there ourselves.

It's a pretty good hotel. I liked that the room has both a shower and a bathtub.
The room is dirty, even though it was cleaned every day. Towels were changed if they were thrown on the floor. Of the disadvantages, there are stains on the glass from the bathtub, they have never been wiped in 10 days. I didn't like the breakfasts, a lot of dough and toppings, few fruits and vegetables, flies flying, monotonous.
The pool is not heated, it's quite cool to lie down on a cloudy day. The doors from the room overlook the roadway, it will be a bit noisy. But the location of the hotel is excellent, there are a lot of cafes and massage parlors nearby. There is a transfer to the sea at certain hours, which is generally quite normal.

The hotel itself is very good, in Thai style, the rooms are spacious, the air conditioners work well. There is a large swimming pool, so all rooms have a view of it. The furniture in the rooms is made of real wood, beautiful, but heavy and massive, and already a little shabby. The lock on the doors didn't always work. Poor sound insulation, the room from the entrance faced the street, not only transport could be heard, but also the voices of people passing by. The territory is small, but very picturesque. For breakfast there is a large selection of egg dishes and Thai dishes, but only two types of cheese and two types of ham. The set of dishes practically did not change, so at the end of the stay I got fed up. The description of the hotel states that there is a beach nearby, but it is not specified anywhere that this is a fishing beach and you cannot swim on it. There are free shuttles to the equipped beaches from the hotel, which you need to sign up for in advance. Shuttles run twice a day at not very convenient times, and there are not always places. Therefore, it is better to get there yourself by taxi or on foot (half an hour) if you like to walk in the heat. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, there are supermarkets.

Great hotel. A beautiful area with an excellent swimming pool. A good breakfast with a large selection of dishes. Large rooms with Thai-style furniture. A comfortable bed. But the bed linen and towels are grey. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away. by car. There are many cafes, shops and massage parlors nearby on the embankment. Not a resort area!!!

Cool hotel. Nice family room with a balcony on the 4th floor. The rooms are clean, the service is good, towels were changed every day, bed as needed. The breakfasts are super. Friendly staff. Two large swimming pools throughout the hotel with waterfalls, hydro massage areas and a bar. Convenient location. There is a free shuttle service to the beaches. Great hotel, I liked everything. A room with access to the pool, delicious breakfasts, lots of fruits, a bath with rose petals and fruits as a compliment from the hotel, convenient location + transfer from the hotel to the beaches, who without vehicles. We rode a bike to the best beaches. Very beautiful locations in the pool. We will return to this hotel with a child, because the ideal children's area.
Yes, there are better hotels, but this one is quite good if you want to be alone with friends for 5 days and focus on visual and location. I recommend it!

We arrived 2 days ago. In general, the territory is large (my child and I were 4 years old), there is a pool for kids, a big plus. Very nice large area and swimming pools, good breakfasts. Of the cons:the cleaning is going badly, the linen has never been changed in 11 days, well, we even went to ask, they don't give a damn. Everything is beautiful, but a little dirty. The hotel is not cheap. We flew by Azur (well, too.....). In general, I personally liked everything.

A great place with large rooms, friendly and caring staff. Lovely pool, great kitchen. Free transfer to Phuket's best Nai Harn beach and back (10 minutes by Tuktuk). Nearby is the cheapest seafood market with a huge and fresh assortment, a huge number of restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and exchangers.

For the month of December at Anex, this hotel was in the starting price group and, without exaggeration, it is wonderful!
A nice area, a huge swimming pool, a swimming pool in the form of a beach for children, a large room, a little tired, but not critical.
The breakfasts are hearty, with a normal choice, transfer to the beach 2 times a day, drive 5-7 minutes.

I liked. Spacious family room with a balcony on the second floor. We regretted that it was not on the first one, since on the first one access to the pool, directly from the balcony, is pleasant. The service is good, the rooms are clean, no smells, towels were changed every day, the bed was necessary. Good breakfasts. Friendly staff.

And separately about the change of linen. The reception said that there is a daily change of linen in this hotel, but apparently the girls do not know about it. This hotel has a very nice territory with a swimming pool - I really liked it.
The breakfasts are quite decent.
There is an appointment transfer to 2 beaches at about 10 a.m. and in the afternoon (they are picked up from the beaches after 13 and 17), since the nearest beach is unsuitable for swimming.
The rooms are nice, but with nuances. For example, water was constantly gurgling under our room windows, and in another building there was a bathroom at the entrance (an interesting design solution). The cleaning is mediocre, towels were not always changed, water bottles were almost always updated.

Great place and hotel! Large recreation area, nice comfortable rooms! There is a taxi nearby, you can book excursions! Nearby there is a cafe, supermarket and currency exchange! The wifi worked great! But it 's a little boring, there is no entertainment in the hotels ! A place for a relaxing holiday! The breakfasts are normal , they give fruits and 4 types of omelets ! The hotel is clean! The air conditioner works well in the room! Everything is comfortable! 2 times a day they take you back and forth to 2 different beaches to choose from! fast and convenient! Near the sea, fishermen are fishing there, I do not recommend it, but the rest of the beaches are normal!

Specifically, the toilet was constantly clogged in our room, the Thais were relaxing (this is normal for them), a plumber came, and they gave me a plunger - it was useless)) it's enough until next time))
The plumbing is old, everything is old, needs updating.

- in principle, you can eat free breakfasts (buffet)
- friendly staff (but this is Thailand, it's like this everywhere)
There are rooms with direct access to the pool.
Minuses:
- old
- it's a little dirty
- the Internet is just so-so, if you plan to work remotely, take a router and buy a Thai SIM card
- rawai district, there is very little around here
- there are free taxis to the beach, but I would prefer to live within walking distance from the beach where you can swim, the beach that is nearby is not for swimming.

We stopped at room 1406, on July 21st. We immediately noticed that the handles of the cabinets were broken and the faucet was leaking. A remark was made, to which they replied that they would come and fix it, no one came until the end of the vacation) Later it turned out that the microwave was not working properly, it was also said at the reception, the pressure was recorded, the reaction was zero! The service is disgusting! The room was cleaned every day! The breakfasts are normal! The air conditioner worked very well, there is a solid 5, already the windows were sweating from the balcony! Nice pool, liked the location of the hotel too!

In principle, not a bad hotel, but as they say now: the rooms are tired, the location is very good to go for a walk, but!!! Keep in mind there is no beach for swimming!!! 5-7 minutes to drive to the nearest one so that the bus does not go, cafes, bars and a seafood market are within walking distance, they will cook there. An old hotel that needs renovation. White towels are gray and worn, the staff is not friendly and sometimes aggressive, they are poorly cleaned (beach towels were changed twice in two weeks, tea was not always renewed, cups were washed every other time, the ashtray was shaken a couple of times in two weeks, etc.). Breakfast for three. The pool water is dirty and there is a lot of garbage floating around. Don't get fooled by pictures from 20 years ago.

We vacationed with a family of 4 people in April 2019. We were put in a room on the 5th floor, a family room. The room is spacious with a view of the pool, there is no noise. Everything is very clean and tidy, when checking in, a compliment in the form of a fruit plate is a trifle, but it's nice.
In the rooms: cleaning every day, changing linen, towels regularly, updating/replenishing the bar, hair dryer, bathrobes, soap accessories. The staff is friendly, they respond to any request and try to help. The guests are mostly Germans, French, Chinese... but there are few Russians. The Chinese are a separate topic. If they are, they are usually in whole clans, it seems like 100 people, very noisy - pushing, talking loudly, littering in the restaurant and throwing themselves on food, etc..Of course, you don't focus on this on vacation, but it's a little unpleasant. The conclusion is not only our family, we watched the reaction of other hotel guests to this case.
The main territory of the hotel is occupied by a swimming pool. Very pleasant in appearance, clean water, comfortable temperature, nearby sun beds, bar with drinks 👍
Food: we had only breakfast, European cuisine, the choice is not very large, but delicious. Each of our family found something to eat for themselves. ☺️
Beach: Rawai is not swimable, only for walking. A free shuttle bus takes you from the hotel to Nai Harn Beach and Yanui, on Tuesdays and Fridays evenings to Katu. He walks at certain hours, you need to make an appointment at the reception desk in advance. It's not very convenient, but after a couple of days you get used to it and it's like it should be. The very place where the hotel is located is quiet, calm, there is everything you need within walking distance: minimarkets, pharmacies, cafes, a restaurant, bike / car rental. The only drawback (if you can call it that) on the tour, the transfer took us before everyone else, because Rawai Palm is the furthest from all the hotels and sometimes we had to get up at 5:30. But overall we were very satisfied with the chosen hotel👍
