But on all floors, young girls with the most dissatisfied face are sitting at the reception and turning up their noses. I feel like they're doing me a big favor, that they're talking to me at all.
I have also been to several other clinics in Tbilisi and have never encountered such a terrible attitude anywhere. If you are serviced by insurance and there is a choice of clinics, I recommend that you do not waste your nerves and impressions and go to another clinic. In the same American-Georgian, the administrators are super polite and friendly, a great impression.
I turned to a urologist with periodic pain in the perineum, after palpation I sent only for an ultrasound of the testicles, to my question, and if that's not the case, I replied, "well, look for the problem elsewhere." Such professionalism and 10 minutes of the doctor's time cost 80 GEL. The Internet gives me more information for free. I do not recommend wasting time and money on such incompetent care on the part of a doctor. There are more competent doctors in other clinics.
I started going to this clinic. The insurance is corporate, I did not pay for any procedure / consultation at the clinic. I did an ultrasound a couple of times, I often went to the therapist. I donated blood once or twice. Neurologist's consultation twice. I'm happy with everything. I communicate with the administrators in English, once we switched to Russian ourselves. Doctors speak Russian, but not everyone is equally comfortable. Clean, comfortable. There are only not enough benches on the second floor. The electronic queue is everywhere. A couple of minutes from the subway.
It's a great place. I passed the insurance tests for only 21 GEL. A modern, beautiful space, without queues, with a convenient electronic record. Good attitude, friendly doctors and administrators. Thanks!
I visited a gynecologist and a mammologist, I did not really like that in an unusual case, they prescribed standard treatment and did not really understand. The family doctor from Ardi is good, gives directions where you need to go. Blood is taken for analysis very carefully. If you are an adult, go to the reception on the second floor (select II floor on the right at the counter). The doctors I visited spoke Russian, the reception was in English
It's a great clinic, I don't have very good English, but there was no problem with that. The administrators speak Russian, if not all, then there will be a person with whom you can explain. Russian Russian was also spoken by the pediatrician and the appointments were all written in Russian. There are no queues, they are accepted at the appointed time. The tests did not arrive at the specified email address, everything was resolved by a call. A very good impression of the clinic.
