An interesting and cool place, especially for children. There are many clubs, a library, and most importantly, an assembly hall where kindergarten children and schoolchildren are taken.

Well, what can I say. A good house of culture, a lot of good people, the staff are very responsible, they hold a lot of events, try to diversify the scenarios, matinees, concerts are great. But there is a very large staff turnover.. Good people don't stay long (
