We were passing through Mogilev, stopped at the "paradise corner". What can I say - it really is heavenly!
Everything is beautiful, thought out to the smallest detail, excellent sauna, well-groomed territory. I don't know what you might not like here, our company is absolutely satisfied with everything. Without a doubt, I will recommend this place to friends and acquaintances.

We were here in July 2021. We drove around Mogilev advertising this estate everywhere. We expected more: reception, restaurant, food at the very least. There is an equipped kitchen, even two, full self-service. The employee checked in, gave me the keys, and then they moved on. It's debatable, but there is a BUT... Everything is so thoughtful in the house and on the territory that we forgot about our ideas about the estate and enjoyed communicating with each other - we cooked together, sat in the gazebo in the evening, talked, swam in the pond, even repaired one wheelbarrow right in the yard. We felt a different vacation and we liked it, so, those who read the reviews carefully, do not be afraid of disappointment, just feel the local atmosphere and relax, and then write here. It would be fair, especially since Alexander, who settled us, offered to leave an objective review when we checked in, even seeing our first disappointment at not meeting expectations. I repeat, everything is fair here.

We were here with small children. Everyone liked everything. The territory is fully fenced, there is a small Playground, the house is warm and cozy. No problem with staying here, everything is fine. And most importantly, the children are delighted!

A great place to relax outside the city. Fenced territory, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, skewers, clean bed linen. Even if the weather has let you down, your vacation will not be spoiled, because the barbecue is right in the house. There is also a sauna right in the house, if you are warned in advance that it will be heated for you, you will only have to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely return to Paradise!

We stopped here on our way to Brest and almost stayed. The place is really good, besides it's very close to Mogilev. Everything was fine with the price, quality, and communication with the owner. Of the shortcomings, it was very hot in the house, it would be necessary to install sensors on the batteries in the rooms. Otherwise, a solid five!

My parents are from Mogilev, and they have been away from their homeland for 12 years. I brought them here, stayed in this house, and it was a very pleasant addition to their nostalgia. There is a special atmosphere and silence here, that's what I remember. We've been here for 4 days and had a great time, but the only problem is that my parents want to come back next year, and we're from far away...But we will definitely come back when we have the opportunity.

We had a rest at the Paradise Corner estate on 03/15/2025.Everyone really liked it.Convenient location near the ring road,easy to reach.Hospitable, modern, adequate hosts.The house is clean and tidy.There are plenty of dishes for serving and even for cooking.Modern household appliances.The furniture and plumbing are clean and in excellent condition!Cozy and clean sleeping places. I also want to mention the sauna, even though I'm not a fan, but the guys said that it's a great bathhouse, it stays warm even until the next morning, and it smells delicious like wood!!!Hosts, Thank you very much!!

I'll leave a review. I don't know what to say. Compared to holidays in Dagestan or Chechnya, there are few impressions, compared to holidays in Europe there are much more. Judge for yourself - in Europe (we were in Spain 3 years ago) the cost of a room for two is 120 euros, here is 35 dollars, there is a sea, here is a pond, we went for 5 days. Where did you rest more? Here. The comfort is much less, the cost is much less, but the rest was felt much more. Belarus rules!

I'll respond like this. A house is like a house. It is quite possible to come here and live, nothing is annoying. But next to the Zoo, the ethnic village and the Buinichi field were very impressive. It is very beautiful and well maintained here, just the pearl of Mogilev. So if you are going to see Mogilev, then this house is the closest location to the main attractions.

We are a family, 4 children, all students. We had a vacation here last summer, but where else to go for this money!? I liked everything, especially the children. The week flew by like a day. We decided to book again for the July week and therefore we are writing a review. The rest here is wonderful.

We came to relax in a paradise with families and children for a holiday. The house is not bad, neat. The territory is well maintained and clean. BUT there are nuances and disadvantages:
1. Upon check-in, the owner of the house withdraws the passport, which is strictly prohibited!!!!! Gives a standard contract (this is normal!). Of course there is no document on accepting funds!!!
2. There are actually 12 beds, instead of the agreed 15!!!! We had to look for sleeping accessories (blankets, pillows and bed linen) ourselves (agree, it's not very pleasant in someone else's house!!!!)
3. At the end of the rest, we were asked to take off the bed linen and wash the dishes. Everything would be fine, BUT they forgot to warn us that at a certain time the boiler turns off and there is no heating in the house until the morning, as well as no hot water!!!! Keep these newnotes in mind when choosing this vacation spot!!!!

We stayed in Mogilev, rented this house to roast kebabs in the evening and steam in the sauna, although the weather was nasty. That's when we realized that everything is under one roof! The bath-glass complex is super! I definitely recommend it!

We were here on a holiday. Overall, I liked everything, but there is not enough space for 20+ people. I liked that everything was clean and tidy, a lot of various dishes, skewers, gratings, slippers, bed linen, towels are provided. Our company did not have enough space and time to stay.

Of the advantages, I would like to mention the sauna in the house, since we were here in the fall. The disadvantages are small rooms and equally small windows. Obviously, the house was not built for rent, but it has its own trick - everything is at home here, and not like in a hotel. It's definitely worth staying once, at least for comparison with other similar establishments.

Positive :
Nice spacious house with nice renovation. A good sauna in the house. Reasonable price for a house with a sauna. A convenient cooking area has a barbecue, an oven and all this on the enclosed veranda!
Minuses :
Dirty pillows and a blanket with an unpleasant smell. ( they carried their own )
There are no masks on the windows, Get ready that you will be gnawed by mosquitoes and there will be a lot of flies! Stock up on dichlophos) They take your passport. If you have entered the status of a regular customer, then your passport will remain with you)) There is a pond, but it is dirty and ugly.
I give 5 stars for the price-quality ratio and significant advantages of the place!
