It's a disgusting job.
I thought about ordering a used headlight, bumper, amplifier + a set of new spare parts (brackets, fasteners, guides, air intakes, etc.)
from them. At first, the manager guided me for 2 weeks of delivery, then a month, then a month and a half.
As a result, I split the order into 2 parts: I ordered new spare parts from other guys who brought me everything in 1.5 weeks and even 10% cheaper, and left only used ones.
But they managed to mess up even with the rest of my order: they brought the wrong hood.
At the same time, the manager ignored me at first and did not answer at all, then said "deal directly with the Poles." It was only after I joined the director that I received some kind of clear feedback.
But it also came down to the fact that "Sorry, it's not anyone's fault, it just happened."
Therefore, think twice about whether it is worth contacting them. And if you have applied, then do not believe in the deadlines and carefully check the delivered spare parts.
