I also appreciate the moments when some exercise helps you think about something, and especially when you have to leave your comfort zone.
For those who are interested in psychology and psychotherapy, it may turn out that you will not hear anything new on the theoretical part. And if you are just starting to be interested, then it is quite ok.
It is also very valuable that everyone here tries to be sincere. This is an island where people don't wear masks, or at least try to.

UPD: I would like to add that everything strongly depends on the psychologist leading the workshop. It happens that you come across a subjectively good psychologist, interesting material, theory/exercises, and you want to come back. And it happens quite the opposite, that it seems like you've wasted your money and time... But again, this is subjective, others may like it)
I can say that my quality of life has improved markedly after undergoing group therapy in the scope before I joined your group, I was inclined to close myself in when I had any problems and isolated myself from the world, but the group helped me get the experience of sincere support from the most unfamiliar people, with whom, by the way, we We are still in contact! I have figured out a lot about self-esteem issues, worked out a lot of attitudes that negatively affect the perception of the world. Thanks to the safe space, I got an amazing experience of sincere expression of emotions, filled with acceptance. The group helped me understand what I want for myself in the near future, and in the most unexpected way - coming into contact with the stories of other people, some internal processes of awareness were triggered by themselves. Looking back, I don't even recognize myself before therapy, I see myself in such a new way now, I perceive the world around me)
I went to group therapy. I am happy with everything, very comfortable and friendly atmosphere, which is conducive to communication. The specialists are wonderful, they helped me a lot, I became more confident in myself. And of course, I noted for myself several techniques that I use to this day
