They gave out dollars with stamps, checked them immediately without leaving the cash register, asked for a replacement and was refused, since they are "solvent", but these do not suit me. I had to wait for senior and higher-level employees to be replaced - and this is time and nerves. It happened more than once and with different cashiers, so I conclude that such a policy is to issue dilapidated bills and refuse to replace them at such a request. I wouldn't go to this ill-fated bank with pleasure, but sometimes the circumstances are higher... By the way, other banks either warn about the condition or change it absolutely without complaints and questions, if it is necessary.
There is NOT a SINGLE client in the Bank, there are a lot of specialists at the tables, and I am the ONLY ONE of the clients waiting for God knows how long to be accepted!

They ruined your credit history. We leased a car from them to a legal entity. After the accident, they had to compensate for the cost, but they agreed to lease a new car from them too. The payment was supposed to come from the insurance company. As a result, the insurance company delayed payment for a new car due to the assessment of the damaged car, and our organization was charged with late payments. As a result, the servicing bank refused the overdraft. They responded negatively to requests to correct the credit history (they only wrote a letter), offered to give us a loan themselves, but drowned us in bureaucracy for 2 months and did not give anything for their bureaucratic reasons. According to the servicing bank and another one, they are not satisfied with only a spoiled credit history.
This is the first time I've encountered such terrible service. Clearly, the bank's staff is not that they are not interested in servicing individuals, but it seems that they do not want to do this at all.
Extremely slow service – on average, people sit in line for an hour and a half, but I happened to sit all 3!
But there is only one plus – a machine with coffee, sweets and sofas. So to speak, to have a snack and sleep while waiting in line.

There is a beverage machine in the lobby. But, unfortunately, there is no ramp for elderly visitors. The stairs are very slippery (it just snowed!)
It is inconvenient to get there without a car, only by taxi. The reception of clients is fast, this is a plus. The workers are nimble. There are few ATMs, but more or less so.

A terrible bank in terms of servicing individuals. persons: the queues are small, but 3-5 people in front of you can wait 2-3 hours, because one specialist works and he is not at all interested in speeding up the customer service process ... in general, welcome. You can't earn a good reputation with this approach.
No matter how many times I've been there, there's never been a queue. Fast and intuitive service. The only disadvantage is that it is not very convenient to get there.
The horror!!!!! You don't respect yourself going there. Treating customers like dirt. You take the ticket, there are 4 people in front of you. And then you wait an hour because other clients of legal entities are called in front of you without a queue

Customer service is like in the cartoon "Metropolis" where the liners are sitting at the cash registers.. 12 jobs, 1 manager.. I served one client for 40 minutes. It's terrible!!! Disgusting!!
