We used the services of the long-term rental department of this agency when searching for an apartment.
We are very happy to work with them. We were always in touch, we talked very pleasantly, we did everything so that we could close our issue with the apartment as soon as possible. In addition, everything is very clear: we liked the apartment, we wrote and were guided by the conditions, set a viewing date, introduced to the owners of the apartment and on the same day we signed a contract and moved in there. I did not work with them directly - the apartment that I bought was managed by these agents on the seller's side. I will say that the service is not bad, even during the inspection, I was bribed by the fact that they did not try to sell me anything, they just showed me the apartment, answered questions and dispersed. Then, without receiving a penny from me, the whole transaction was conducted almost by the pen and consulted, for the nerves spent, special thanks to agent Mikhail, without you I probably would not have figured out what and where. Спасибо огромное агентству за великолепного специалиста Курильчик Ольгу Петровну. С ней мы знакомы не первый год. И обращались,естественно,не первый раз. Всегда работа проделана на отлично. В данном случае за месяц было продано 2 кв.и куплена одна. Её профессионализм не знает границ.

Заключил договор на покупку квартиры. Бюджет был далеко не самый высокий, но при этом нам помогли приобрести хорошую квартиру. Говорить за всех сотрудников не могу, но могу выделить человека который вел меня весь путь до самой покупки. Это девушка Тамара, она проделала большую работу. Если у вас есть хоть капля сомнения при покупке квартиры, лучше закажите услуги этого центра, ваши нервы останутся на месте, и нулевой шанс , что вы потеряете деньги. Вообщем, советую этот риэлторский центр!

Здравствуйте. Общался с агентом, как покупатель. Аргументов о стоимости нет. Откуда берется цена ответа тоже нет. Сравнивает не сравнимое. Это личное мнение, человек не профессионал не имеет никакого понятия о ценообразовании. С этим агентством точно не стоит связываться(((
