We also informed them (not without difficulty, since the agent does not always answer the phone and calls back) that we were really interested in the apartment and about our intentions to purchase it. Elena promised to keep us informed!!! And a day later, the object was withdrawn from sale and a deposit was taken for it. At the same time, despite the promise, Elena did not even call / write to ask if we could offer more favorable conditions for the seller. To say the least, it's unprofessional and very unpleasant.
