We took a closet in the hallway, we needed a depth of no more than 45 cm, because the hallway is narrow and we found exactly this one here, with side shelves. A great budget store! The quality exceeds the cost by several times!!! We bought a closet, a chest of drawers and a shoe cabinet. I was very surprised and at the same time pleased that everything was available in packages in the colors we needed!! Budget and high-quality factory furniture, a wide selection of kitchens,cabinets,tables, etc.We took the closet 1.5 years ago and now we have bought a large table.
In 1.5 years of active use, nothing has happened to the quality of the cabinet.
All sellers in the store are adequate, compliant and go into a dialogue with a common opinion.
Both times we used delivery from them, everything is punctual and on time, without defects and damage to the transported.

We bought furniture in this store several times, everything was fine. In a certain sense, it is "liquid", but for this price it is quite enough. We moved in this month and we needed new furniture. First of all, the table. I specifically found their offer on the site where "everything is found", and wrote: before there was normal delivery and pleasant service.
The last time we bought here, they brought us a sample, because the furniture was only assembled in the right color. We were satisfied with that.
This time, I wrote in private messages to the owner of the store and asked if the assembled sample of the table I needed was on sale. Let me explain: I need the table now, but it is not yet possible to assemble it. I would buy the assembled table from them right away.
So, I wrote in private messages and asked if there were samples of the assembled tables. I was told that they have samples of tables of all colors in their store. Delivery is also carried out. I knew this: last time I called in the same way, specified the model and color, it was delivered to me within an hour after the call, I paid and was very satisfied.
This time, after clarifying the details on the table, I called the specified number to resolve the delivery issue as soon as possible. The girl answered, who said that the table I needed was only in one color, the rest were disassembled. I was surprised, but I agreed to this color. He suited me too. I said that I was satisfied with both the color and the shipping cost. I want to order a table as soon as possible.
The girl hesitated, asked if I would pay in cash or by card. "It's just that you can actually pay in cash, but I'll clarify." I replied that this was also not a problem, I would pay in cash immediately and as soon as they arrived. She stressed that we had already cooperated with them, and we had done so before: we brought them and paid for them. The last time they bought furniture from them was in September.
She replied that everything was OK, it was possible, but they would not bring it today (it was Saturday, 16.20), let's do it tomorrow. I replied: OK, no question, I'll call you back tomorrow and arrange a time with you. I will definitely take the table.
And then the orgy began: the girl overplayed everything and said that no, it did not fit, I had to come to them, look at the table and pay, after that they would only bring it to me. And not to pay on the spot, as we agreed a minute and a half before.
I explained that this is not the first time I have ordered here, the last time in September we ordered table delivery. In the same way, we agreed on the color and model through the phone, literally an hour later people arrived, unloaded the table, received payment. There were no questions. Why a minute ago it was possible to pay on the fact, and now suddenly it is impossible. If I could have come (from Olgovo to Bilevo), then I would have come, paid, and found a car myself to pick up the goods. But I have a small child at home, and there is no way I can get there at this time. And that I can at least pay with a card to their account right now. I'm definitely not going to deceive anyone.
But the girl was impenetrable. We have to go to the store, look at the table and pay on the spot. Although she will "clarify everything" later, just in case.
Judging by the ignorance of the main points of the transaction, the seller communicated. Maybe she wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible and just go home on Saturday night. I don't blame you.
However, it is strange that the seller decides for herself when it is possible to pay on the spot, and when it is necessary to go to her personally. If it's the hostess, there are even more questions.
The questions remained, there were no answers. The next day, I wrote again in private messages to the owner, with whom I communicated initially. I explained that I couldn't come to an agreement with the girl who answered the phone. I want to place an order, who should I talk to about this. I hoped that I would be able to explain to the person why I can't get there and, perhaps, pay by bank transfer or cash, it doesn't matter, delivery to the house.
Instead of discussing the details of the deal, the owner (judging by the signature, he is, but who knows) hysterically stated, I quote: "the girl explained everything correctly and clearly to you! You can choose and buy the product at..". That is, instead of an adequate dialogue, the buyer was culturally sent.
What I would like to add. Hysterical shopkeepers are many times worse than incompetent sellers.
The interesting thing is that we have actually ordered different furniture from them several times. And a chest of drawers, and a closet, and another table. We were going to take the kitchen and some small things. I wrote in the last message that later we will take the kitchen from them as well. However, when I saw such an answer, I was at least surprised that in 2024 there are still such "wrong bees" that carry such wrong honey.
Probably, there is no end of customers.

I bought a closet yesterday. Although the furniture is budget-friendly, I am very dissatisfied with the quality. There are a lot of defects. Analog AMI furniture. The display samples do not correspond to what is being brought.
