My favorite yoga studio, very comfortable, pleasant atmosphere, wonderful receptionists. There is a wide range of classes, my husband and I go to Nadezhda Rallo, a wonderful girl, her yoga is great for beginners, and even if you're just a log, you'll feel comfortable. The studio is a concentration of coziness and comfort, and I don't want to leave it at all. For me, administrators also play an important role in any institution, especially when you come for the first time, your future mood depends on it, so I want to mention and thank Ekaterina, the sweetest radiant girl who conducted a tour of the studio, told everything and created the most friendly atmosphere. I attended Nikolai's balancing massage session, it turned out to be a very interesting and informative event, I learned a lot of new things, Nikolai himself is very pleasant, very accommodating. Also, as far as I know, the studio has online recording for most of the directions, as well as various events are held periodically.
