Such a beautiful, wonderful place and just as unkempt, I would really like it to be put in order :( The view from here is magnificent of the city and Ararat. But, broken and falling off tiles and unkemptness spoil the impression. And there is an unfinished Cascade under it, oh, how wonderful it would all look completed, finished and well-groomed, but alas.

Great view of the city and Ararat, but it's a pity that the cascade was not completed. There is one piece left without an escalator and a good staircase.

A beautiful spire above the city. An unkempt and dirty place in one of the most expensive areas of the city.
