Such a beautiful, wonderful place and just as unkempt, I would really like it to be put in order :(
The view from here is magnificent of the city and Ararat.
But, broken and falling off tiles and unkemptness spoil the impression. And there is an unfinished Cascade under it, oh, how wonderful it would all look completed, finished and well-groomed, but alas.

The monument itself and the view from there of the city is amazing. In good weather, they say, there is a great view of Ararat. The fly in the ointment is an unfinished cascade right under the observation deck, Guests of the city definitely need to visit here.
