Dirty walls, floors, the smell of tobacco smoke in the toilet, there is no refrigerator/hair dryer/kettle/TV in the room. A kettle and a hairdryer can be borrowed from the reception. The water in the shower is leaking, it's not clear from where, from which crack? As a result, the floor is completely flooded with water. There is shampoo and shower gel. There are no slippers, no toothbrush. The sockets are weird. To connect anything, you need to use a man's strength to plug in the plug. The wifi was slow and constantly flying. Towels are scanty in size, except for the hands. 2 towels per person. Body and long hair are not enough. I hope that the management will see the feedback and take action. I'm unlikely to stop here a second time.🤷‍♀️
