The salon is a disaster! Relationships are like in a vegetable store in Soviet times. I'm busy, don't you see? I have a baby! Well, now I'm going to drop everything, get dressed and come out to you aha! Communication in this style. One phone, which is always used by this notorious Irina with the habits of a saleswoman from the Soviet era. I went to them for products at the address written by Irina (there is a screenshot of the correspondence) - I can't find it in any way. I'm calling with a request to go outside and meet you. And in response, there is just a boorish tone on the topic "Yeah, now I'm going to drop everything and run to meet you." And then she starts explaining to me that this is a huge factory, and in general it's all not there, and so on. For some reason, the Cascade residential complex is being dragged in, which is not there at all. As a result, I never found the entrance and left without an order that had already been paid for. No one deigned to go outside and meet me, show me where the entrance is! I hope they have the decency to give me this order somehow

Disgusting. I do not advise contacting this company. We wanted to order printed products from them to the company (calendars, notebooks, packages), but we only encountered a disregard and unwillingness to work. For two weeks I had to constantly call, remind you about the order, ask you to send layouts (despite the fact that it was promised to do everything within a week), each time there was an answer: "that's it, I'm sending everything to you, literally two minutes." In the end, nothing came like that, and it happened several times like that. Dear company, and Ekaterina in particular, learn how to work with people, if you promise something, do it, and if you do not have such an opportunity, do not take up the order. Because of you, we are left without promotional products.
