We had a rest in October 2023.
We arrived at 8 am and barely settled in at 14.00, upon arrival we were very thirsty and were offered to buy water, although this day was included in the price of the voucher, it was a shock.
Of the pluses, only the sea is too far to go, otherwise there are only minuses; the staff does not care about everyone, the food is monotonous, tasteless, the bed has never been changed for 8 nights, if you do not control the towels, they will not change either. Thank you very much to Ekaterina, she is a person who helps everyone. People don't recommend this hotel, zilch.

The room was poorly cleaned, a tube lay on the floor for 3 days until she threw it out. We were in March 2023 before departing on a cruise ship across the Persian Gulf for 4 days in Red Castle. Great hotel! Arrived at 19 o'clock and we were settled as dear guests (allegedly as a gift) in a huge (about 100 sq. m. a luxury suite with two bathrooms-showers, toilets plus a 2x2 meter Jacuzzi in a separate room, a balcony, a loggia, furniture rooms, etc., etc. - all this is for us as a gift for one night, although we had booked and paid for standard double rooms. We liked it all and we wanted to stay for other days, we asked how much we need to pay extra. Of course, the surcharge was 4-5 times more expensive, we didn't dare and went to the beach. The staff had to transfer our belongings to our paid standard rooms by our arrival. After returning from the beach, we were informed at the reception that we were staying in our luxury rooms, and also apologized that someone had not vacated their rooms (they just extended their stay). By the way, we came from Kazan two families - and the suites were presented to us by each family separately. We were very lucky.
I asked about the standard rooms -they are also wide, bright and very nice. Breakfast is on the level! The staff is friendly, polite, professional. There is a swimming pool on the roof. However, we did not swim there, the weather was good, we went to the beach. To the sea-across the street, 150 meters, but this beach is not for guests of Reb Castle and therefore it is necessary to go to the free city beach 15-20 minutes (depending on what step). The beach is good, there are two rescue posts. I didn't see any umbrellas or sun beds. Maybe they are and can be rented, but I don't know. Of course, it would be great if you had an umbrella or a tent from the sun. Bakes, be healthy! We came early and took seats near the information board and we had a shadow! And so- it's free on the beach! Seats-as many as you want.
As for the hotels-the interior is very nice, clean and in all respects, I think it is above 4 stars.

I want to leave , as it seems to me , an adequate review . I'll start with food, it's the tiniest thing. As they say, who had time and ate 🤭, very little food and variety. The food tastes so-so. People are pushing and pinching so as not to stay hungry. About the hotel, you will be very bored in it. The fables on the roof are dirty. We were in March, the sauna didn't work.The hotel does not have its own territory, a very big minus.It is a 15-minute walk to the beach. If there are waves, you will not be allowed to swim, rescuers are on duty. This area is not a resort, there is an industrial zone nearby.There is a big plus is the cost.

A two-star hotel.
We lived in two rooms because a large family. Both numbers were not inferior to each other.
1. The rooms require repair. Mold, swollen plaster on the walls, non-working electrics, lamps and plumbing.
From the first day, the running around with cards for door locks began. On the first day, they changed it three times, rewrote it. Then almost every day it is stable - then in one room, then in another.
2. About the concept of cleaning in this hotel do not know.
The staff will probably take out the trash and if they don't forget, they will change the towel, water bottles may also not be delivered, as well as toilet paper.
General cleaning, judging by the windows, curtains, tulle and carpet in the room has never been done. The headboard of the bed, as well as textile chairs, is generally dark.
3. Meals were taken three times.
What was much regretted…
For breakfast, unlike lunch and dinner, you could drink orange and apple juice, for other meals only water from the cooler or packaged tea.
Yogurt, children's menu is not provided here. It's banal there are no simply boiled pasta, potatoes. Scrambled eggs could be obtained only when the responsible staff for the glaze came to work – it was at 8:30, although breakfast was from 7:00. The fruits were unripe watermelons, dates, sliced oranges and sliced apples, previously soaked in vinegar and salt. The range of dishes is meager and monotonous. You will not taste fish in this hotel, only the sea language is not of the best quality.
Food is certainly delicious, but in this hotel it is a topic for conversation.
4. There is no beach of its own, which was known in advance, but the accessibility of the city beach is within 15 minutes on foot. The sea, of course, saved the situation of this hotel, although there are no such elementary paid attributes as umbrellas and sun beds on the city beach, as there is no opportunity to wash off the sand on the beach, there is also no toilet. There are no water transport, bananas, etc.
The availability of the store is within 15-20 minutes on foot.
The infrastructure is weak. Entertainment from the category occupy yourself.

In the room, more or less, there was dust under the bed, water flowed from the sink tap in a thin trickle, requests to fix it were ignored. Twice someone's card appeared in our room in the electricity switch, while there was no cleaner that day. Nothing is missing, but it's still unpleasant.
The food at breakfast is terrible, it would be better to take a tour without breakfast, boiled eggs and canned beans, fruits were edible from the food presented. The porridge is just disgusting, the flakes are the cheapest. They offer scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, but for this you need to stand in line. Fried in a huge amount of oil, the smell is appropriate. The nearest beach is 15 minutes away.
The pool is cool, under a canopy, hiding there from the sun. But the tile falls off in the pool itself

Today we stopped by this hotel, everything is fine, we checked in ahead of time, at 10.00, many thanks to the staff. The room is spacious, partially overlooking the bay. There is a swimming pool on the roof, a sauna, a fitness room, a spa salon in the basement.
There are 2 bottles of water, a kettle, tea, sugar in the room. In the bathroom, shampoo, gel, body lotion.
Lunch is delicious - vegetables, fruits, greens, chicken, soup, potatoes, pasta, rice, pies.
We are satisfied.

I liked the hotel, it was nice that I arrived early in the morning and I was checked in immediately, it took literally a few minutes. A beautiful large hall, where you constantly hear mind-blowing chic oriental scents. By the way, if you are for the first time, like me, then the flavors are everywhere - and on the floors, which are also very beautifully and tastefully decorated, and in stores and from people. And the flavors are absolutely not boring.The room is quite decent, spacious, a chic bed, a seating area, a large TV, everything is clean, towels were constantly changed and toilet accessories were replenished (shampoo, gel, body lotion, soap) and there is everything for tea and coffee (they were replenished regularly too - 2 tea bags, 2 coffee bags and 4 sugars per person.. My room looked partly on the bay, partly on the city, there is a balcony. There is a nice pool on the roof, towels are given out there and comfortable sun beds, the beach is also nearby (which is important), free, walking along the sidewalk past beautiful palm trees for 10 minutes to the entrance to the beach and admiring various birds.Beach towels are provided at the exit of the hotel. The beach is cleaned daily and sand is sifted. I bought a tour only with breakfast. For a buffet breakfast, you can eat very well. There are always potatoes in any form, meat, stewed and fresh vegetables, dairy, cereals, eggs and boiled and scrambled eggs, an omelet can be prepared individually on request (no need to pay), several types of cheeses, various fruits, juices, tea, coffee, pastries. For those who do sports, there is a free fitness room with exercise equipment, SPA treatments - they are already for a fee. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very average.
Cleaning every day consists of putting tea, water and shampoo. Everything else is fine. For a week, the bed has never been changed, it has not been vacuumed.
The interior itself is tired. To the sea, a public beach, almost a kilometer on foot, in the heat I didn't always want to go. There is no access to the sea.
And the noise in the evenings was just off the scale. The music was blaring now on the ground floor, then upstairs. The hotel managers didn't do anything, although I contacted them several times.
On the day of departure, there was a party until the night, it was not possible to rest at all. Headache is guaranteed. I don't recommend it.

In general, the hotel is passable for a beach holiday. The supermarket in the hotel with cheap food no longer works!!! You have to walk 800 meters to Coppins at the entrance to the beach. The hotel staff doesn't speak much English. There is no hot water, but probably it is not needed. Like the climate is warm, then you don't need to heat the water :)
