I have show-class dogs, there are many different requirements for masters from me: for cosmetics, for speed, for various special needs. I have been using the services of this salon since 2020. During the pandemic, I found myself with my Samoyed Sponge 30 km from Astana in the village. The robin. Movement, as everyone remembers, was quite limited, in the village it is simply not possible to get the services of a groomer, the wool of the Samoyeds, who knows, without proper care, falls into a deplorable state, especially for street dogs. I was almost in complete despair, but by a lucky chance my dog handler advised me to contact this Grooming Center. And thank them very much, they responded, they came, they took it away, they tried it, they returned it in the evening like a toy. For 4 years now, I have been their client with my Samoyed. To say that I am happy is to say nothing. I am very willing and grateful. Everything is always at the highest level of professional analysis. Everything is very businesslike, we accepted the application, fulfilled the order, set a time, notified, signed an agreement in electronic form, reminded before visiting, the dispatcher is always in touch, the delivery machine is on time. Well, in general, everything is businesslike and at a very high level. The quality of the dog's fur treatment is 10 out of 10 and even better. So, thank you guys so much for your work. If they ask me to recommend it, I won't even think about it, I will definitely recommend it! I bring my dog here for grooming. She is stressed, of course, but this does not apply to the salon itself))
The receptionist and groomers are very polite and friendly, treat animals with kindness, take into account all wishes.
There is a small waiting area where you can observe some of the procedures.
I also like that every time you visit, a card is filled in, where you can see which services will be performed and you can leave your comments.

Excellent grooming center, pleasant staff, I brought my two dogs - they got rid of tangles and shedding hair. We got a haircut from one dog and a silky, snow-white coat from another dog! Special thanks to our masters Lera and Leva!

Terrible salon. The workers are boors, the manager Artyom is completely inadequate.
The animal will be cut off without your knowledge, and then they will also accuse you of NOT COMBING it out before going to the salon. Maybe I should get a haircut myself, so that you would get high at all?
I do not recommend the place to anyone, save your nerves and your pet!

The worst salon, before you bring the dog, THEY TELL YOU TO COMB IT YOURSELF. And if you haven't combed out, then the dog will just be shaved, without your permission, then they will also blame you for all the problems. The administrator Artyom is as inadequate as possible, the masters are the same. If you love your pets, never bring them here.

The manager behaves as unprofessionally as possible, as does almost the entire team! Telling a person that if she brings a dog with curls, she will be shaved bald again is the height of rudeness. Do you get a manicure at home before going to the salon for it? Or maybe you get a haircut before going to the hairdresser?? It's not a salon, it's just awful.
