A cozy hotel within walking distance from the center of Yerevan.There is a swimming pool, bar, parking, WiFi, delicious breakfasts. A clean, peaceful place to relax. Polite and helpful staff
I was with my wife. We got into a situation where we had to look for a place to stay at midnight. The owner answered the call, even though it was late. The owner gave the best room at a good price. After the first night, the accommodation was extended for another five nights. We are very satisfied. Ruben (the owner) always goes to meet the guests. Although repairs and construction of additional premises are underway here, but this does not interfere with rest and you can always complain and they will understand you. It's very good here.
The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is excellent. And everything else is purely Armenian - it looks great, but it doesn't work or partially works. there is a TV in the room, but it is not possible to watch it - it constantly jumps, very poor reception. there is WiFi, but the signal is terrible. There is even a shower with 2 watering cans, but one does not work because the lever is broken off, and the second watering can is clogged with sediments and holes are drilled so that water flows (!). The bed with the mattress looks great, but I lay down and fell almost to the floor. There is a closet, but the shelves inside are collapsed down (it couldn't be any other way since they were held instead of corners on tiny furniture studs). Well, I won't list any little things. Thank God I didn't turn on the air conditioner... The refrigerator was cooling normally.
They asked to check in earlier, as the room was needed for less than a day, just to wait for the transfer to the flight for several hours, they settled in without problems. And they gave me a bigger and better room than was paid for. We were satisfied with everything, had a great time by the pool. The room is nice and clean!
Great hotel, great host. I definitely recommend it to those who come to Yerevan on vacation. You won't regret it. I, my husband, and my husband's brother arrived at 3.
We stayed at the Red Hotel Yerevan in May 2023
The room, as agreed, was provided on the 2nd floor. The hotel is located near the center of Yerevan. Everything is within walking distance. The place is quiet, the hotel has a swimming pool. The room is cleaned whenever you want. Towels are changed frequently. Special thanks to the administrator Ermina.Educated, charming, attentive and welcoming. It helps to solve any issue quickly. Thanks to her, the stay in Yerevan has become comfortable. We sincerely thank Ermine and the hotel management for the opportunity to relax efficiently and inexpensively.
Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff, delicious and very hearty breakfasts. There is a swimming pool and a small parking lot for a private car. The Internet is not always stable, it was completely lost. Mount Ararat was partially visible from our room.
A good place to relax. There is a swimming pool on site. Within walking distance from the center of Yerevan. The door was broken. But this did not affect the quality of rest in any way.
I don't know where the low grades come from. The best hotel I have visited while in Yerevan. Positive: it's quiet, there are no dogs screaming at night, good neighbors, there is a cafe, a great location - a stadium and a sports complex, 10 minutes walk to the center, a taxi is stuck in traffic jams, extended without problems, good hosts, refrigerator, toilet, shower, cupboards, towels, slippers, shampoo - everything in the room
There are also disadvantages, but they do not bother me: a spring bed, it sounds at night when you go to bed) They are cleaned only on request, it is a little cool, but so far it is comfortable, you have to go to a large store, it is not at hand
A wonderful location for those who do not want to lead a sedentary lifestyle. Yes, not in the very center, but in a quiet and accessible place. There is a swimming pool and a parking space. The rooms are arranged as if we lived alone. Anyway, I've only met with other guests a couple of times these days. By the way, they are English-speaking. Which adds an extra plus for those who want to communicate in English or some other language with their native speakers. We arrived at night and the owner did not sleep to meet us and check in. Special respect to him for this!
There is a kitchen near the pool, where you will definitely be served delicious coffee or tea, jam and fresh pastries, as well as no less tasty food. Lick your fingers to the elbow, that's for sure! The owner has backgammon on the table near the pool. Just don't sit down to play with him 😉 he even knows how to place them correctly on the board ☝️suddenly you lose))
Book this place, I think everyone will find what they are looking for.
And in general, whatever mood you come to Armenia with, Armenia will open up to you!!!
We booked the hotel almost a month in advance, we were warned that we would arrive at 02.30 at night. We took a taxi to a point on the map and searched for a long time for the entrance to the hotel in complete darkness on a dirty street without sidewalks.
At the reception in a darkened room, a disgruntled man began to ask why we had come
Then the fat man told us that he was the owner of this establishment and demanded to immediately pay for accommodation for a week. We asked to see the room first. The room sucks, the old renovation, the worn floor. We wanted to stay for one day (3 nights - we wanted to sleep) and then it poured out on us!!!! He favored us by agreeing to put us up in his best hotel!!! in all of Yerevan, that we should be immensely grateful to him and are obliged to pay for a week's stay in this nightmare at once, that all our bookings through the site are his financial losses, etc., etc.…
We have left this hell! I do not recommend it to anyone! Rudeness and disrespect for people, poor location, old rooms and a spoiled mood!
An inexpensive hotel, close to the center. There is no Wi-Fi on the second floor, and construction work is currently underway in the pool area.
You definitely won't be able to work from the hotel.
There are no breakfasts, but there are their own dishes and a kitchen for cooking.
Lots of pet cats )
Caring, attentive staff. A cozy family-run hotel near the center of Yerevan. A cordial, warm welcome. For an inexpensive price, you get a hospitable, attentive service. I came with my wife for vaccination. We felt at home.
Lies on the website, Wi-Fi is bad, there is no pool at all, a buffet in another hotel. The air conditioner blows right into your head, as it hangs right over the bed! There are no chairs, no TV, not even glasses. An expensive and clueless hotel. Plus one, that he's in the center, that's it. We are sorry that we stopped, it's good that it's only been 3 days. Look for other hotels, don't make our mistakes.
They settled in much ahead of time. Thank you very much. Delicious breakfasts. An interesting unusual staircase

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance because of the inexpensive price. Now I really regret staying at this "hotel". Reasons:
1. This is a converted private house for a hotel, which continues to expand. Accordingly, you will be provided with construction noise if you decide to take a nap in the afternoon or in the morning;
2. The rooms are VERY (!!!) small ones, where every possible centimeter is saved. Because of this, small and uncomfortable bathrooms turned out.
3. The owner saved on sound insulation, the audibility in the rooms is enormous. You will know everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and on the floor too (how someone poops and pees, grunts, has sex, talks, listens to TV and the like);
4. The shower room in the bathroom is improperly designed. Because of this, all the water remains in the toilet and does not go away (there is simply no drain hole), i.e. the toilet turns into a swamp or pool, immediately after taking a shower. Because of this, the toilet is VERY slippery, wet and disgusting.
5. The blinds in the rooms are loose and not fully closed. You are guaranteed to wake up in the morning!
6. The entrance to the hotel is terrible, a steep climb up the mountain, where local drivers are reckless. Very dangerous! In the evening, the entire passage at the front door is densely packed with cars.
7. Creaky beds. I don't know where the owner found these beds, he probably saved again, but this constant creaking exhausts all nerves!
8. Well, the "cherry" of being in this "hotel" was that uninvited guests broke into our room at 2 a.m., who opened the room with their own keys. Can you imagine the nightmare we went through when we woke up to the arrival of these guests! We have already said goodbye to life!
When I talked to the hotel owner about these issues in the morning, instead of apologizing, offering compensation or any "buns", he blamed everyone for the troubles except himself and his greed.
I have heard a lot about Armenian hospitality, but this does not apply to the owners of this institution!
A terrible hotel, a bad attitude towards guests, boorish behavior of the owner-the dealer of the hotel.
Okay,
but
- it 's cold
-they closed the gates for the night (a neighbor opened the door for me, but what if I was alone?)
-thin walls => good audibility
For this money, there is an ideal option. I was looking for a hotel to just stay the night. Because I wasn't going to go out in the room and I wanted to travel all over Armenia. Very friendly people. Very democratic people. He asked me to wash my things. They washed it, ironed it and brought it to the room. He asked for drinks. The mini bar was packed with gozer juices and beer. You can swim in the pool in front of the room until 12 at night. And this is a very important thing when it is 30-35 degrees Celsius in the country. I am satisfied with the hotel 10 out of 10
I recommend this hotel to everyone!!!!
And they will feed you deliciously and have a sincere conversation. The room I had was small, but very cozy. The room had all the amenities. Many thanks to the owner of the hotel.
Terrible staff. Deceived at the entrance, providing a room that is cheaper. And they paid for the more expensive one. The room is terrible, the shower pours directly into the toilet.
Strange man. He thinks that the whole of Yerevan belongs to him, you want to be begged to find a room. There are three Wi-Fi that don't work. The rooms are shabby, the renovation is old. We booked another hour and waited for people to check out and clean the room. The owner presents something, builds something incomprehensible out of himself. The hostel is on the rise, where it is normal not to go, there is no Parking place. Do whatever you want.
The boorish attitude of some incomprehensible man, to whom the hotel administrator referred, dreaming in the room, they do not pay attention to requests to clean up, which was said that we do not stay here and the refusal to refund the amount of money for those days that I did not live!
Excellent hotel with excellent hosts, rooms are clean, there are different ones, with and without toilet, prices are not great, in the evening you can watch movies, near the center, there is a cold pool)
I got a room with no windows and it's weird. However, the hosts were super helpful with everything and were very friendly, so this flaw didn't bring quite a lot of discomfort.

Clean hotel, wonderful staff. There is a swimming pool and a barbecue area, very tasty, hearty breakfasts.
