It is perfect for overnight stays for 1-2 days, in search of a more comfortable place to relax and stay. There are always available rooms at a low price. The rooms require renovation, but in general, if you do not look closely, it is quite passable! There is Wi-Fi, but the signal is very weak. Pleasant, helpful staff.

This hotel has both its disadvantages and advantages. It depends on what you need first. Because you may not notice the cons, but you will definitely appreciate the pros. So, if in Pattaya you do not plan to sit in your room all day, but are going to walk, hang out, swim in the sea, then this hotel will definitely suit you, because of its convenient location. It is located on the second street, very close to the sea. Directly opposite is the Central Marina shopping center, with the Big C supermarket, where you can buy inexpensive food and alcohol. A little further away is the Terminal Shopping center with a huge food court, and on the fourth floor in Peers 21 you can eat well and cheaply, a portion of food costs from 30 baht. Right outside the hotel, you can catch a tuk tuk and drive to 10 baht walking street or any other place. Actually, the big fat plus of the hotel is its location. It is located right in the center of everything or not far away. The disadvantages relate directly to the room, firstly there is no refrigerator, but it is not particularly needed if you can always have a snack across the street. The repair is more or less not old. They came to clean every day, but only made the bed and changed the towel. Sometimes they forgot to report the paper. You could hear the noise of the street through the air conditioner, but it was almost always on, and its noise drowned everything out. There was a safe, a TV and a hairdryer. If you only plan to spend the night in the room, feel free to take it and do not even doubt, you will not find a more convenient place for this money.

I love this hotel! I was 3 times in Pattaya and 2 times in Bangkok at the hotel of this chain.
The regulars of Turkey and Egypt will be immediately unhappy!
The hotel is simple, but everything is neat and tasteful. There is no closet, but the two of us have placed things quite normally, hangers can be taken at the reception. Or are you carrying a bunch of stuff in a Tie?
People are very critical of the hotel, while they knew where they were going, how can you write cons if you already know about it?
Clean, comfortable beds, full-fledged showers, not over the toilet, and this is for 700-900 baht. There are no insects. And there are such hotels where insects climb.
Take the Greenpark Resort, there is a swimming pool or Siam@Siam, but the prices will be appropriate.
P/S. in the future, I will visit their hotels in other places - Phuket, Philippines, Japan
Before that, my first hotel was the Unique Regency, I can't say anything bad either, although there is no transport from there, on Pratamnak. Panoramic windows overlooking the city.

I'll start with the cons. There is no pool, no refrigerator, no closet, no balcony, the rooms are really small.
Everything else is fine. The hotel is new, everything is clean and tidy. The shower is great! It was he who influenced the choice. Compared to other hotels, cheap Thai hotels are just 5 stars. The location is 10 out of 10. The service is excellent, the staff is excellent.
But I think the disadvantages are not small.

I liked everything, the room was cleaned almost every day (except for the first two days). There were no problems. The only drawback is that there is no door to the shower.
I read that there is no refrigerator in the rooms - I had one! I went in February 2020.

It was a perfect stay 💆♀️ the hotel is clean and cozy. In general, the room is very pleasant. Unfortunately, the staff does not speak English. But nothing could spoil this vacation)
I really liked the location of the hotel. The beach is a 5-minute slow walk away. Fruits are sold right at the entrance and makashnits with food for every taste are everywhere.

Tiny rooms. But they clean every day, there is soap and toilet paper in the room, nothing else. There is not even a folding table and a closet. So why 4 stars? The place is great. Right in front of the Central Marina Mall. And there is a huge selection of food in the afternoon on the footcourts, and a nightly fair of grilled food and small things, and a Big C (hypermarket). There is a live music concert every evening. Massage every 20 meters, the choice is simply huge. Bars and street food are at every turn. And the city beach is literally 300 meters away. And you can also walk to walking Street in half an hour of a leisurely stroll along the embankment, or you can take a tuk-tuk in five minutes. In general, the place is great, and if you only sleep at the hotel, then feel free to go

Of the global disadvantages: VERY noisy air conditioning and lack of a refrigerator. Convenient location, good Internet, neat room cleaning.
The standard room is extremely small for 2 people, it is adapted only for sleeping. There is no elementary bedside table, there is nowhere to put things. The folding table cannot perform its functionality because the load is possible up to 1.5 kg. It's good that the beds are comfortable)))) and you can get enough sleep!
