It is difficult to call this place a hotel. Of the advantages, in my case, only the view from the window. It's cold, the bathroom stinks of sewage, water drips from the ceiling. I asked to change the towels after 3 nights, they said there were no clean ones. The garbage was taken out, the package was not clean. The next day in the morning I left the keys to do the cleaning, in the evening I came - no one cleaned, the maid did not come. The kitchen is not available, you will not be able to cook anything. Wooden pallets are used instead of furniture. In general, it's a shame. It's not worth your money at all.

The second name of the hotel is cliff side. We received 45 manats per day. The price is justified because of the pool and the view from the window. We got the coolest room in this hotel - 402, balcony and sea view. The bed is made of pallets, springs are felt in the mattress. the air conditioner is barely alive, the TV is not set up, mold in the bathtub. The washing machine is broken, there is no breakfast, there are norms for 10 manats in a nearby restaurant. The staff speaks English. Does not match the photo on the booking

The number was very upsetting.
It was located on the ground floor, because of which it was very audible how someone was entering or leaving the hotel. The walls are also thin, as if made of drywall. At night, someone was talking in Arabic behind the wall and then a child was crying very loudly. For understanding, my husband and I stopped by early in the morning, somewhere at 3-4 o'clock in the morning and really wanted to relax, but instead from 6 in the morning we listened to the neighbors as if they were in the same room with us.
About the room itself. Two separate beds, although the booking was booked with one large one, but that's okay. The bed linen is old, with holes and spools. One of the beds was apparently broken once and then it was simply knocked down with nails. The floor is wooden with huge cracks. The bathroom is large, but also with its own small flaws.
It was a shame that there were no slippers or towels in the room. In the morning they asked for slippers, but there were still no towels. They were issued only on the last day before departure.
There is a separate kitchen, where there is everything for cooking food (there are no breakfasts, lunches in the hotel). But the minus is that there is no kettle in the room itself, I had to go to the kitchen, which is not very convenient.
The staff is very polite, speak English and Russian.
The only and huge disadvantage was the room itself, although we booked and paid for the period from 14 to 17 May, and only stopped by on 15 in the morning, as there was a night flight. In total, this "pleasure" cost 79 manats (+-49 dollars). Quite budget-friendly, but not justified.

A good hotel for those who need this area of the city. Friendly staff is always ready to help. A great addition is the pool. Some of the staff speaks Russian well.

I rented an economy room, the cheapest. It's hell, I'll tell you. There is no TV, glasses, appliances, paper. The bed and linen are terrible. A cat was breaking into the room: it looks like she lives there in the absence of guests))) the Internet is normal. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Baku. Atmospheric.

We are from Krasnoyarsk. We were in September 2019. I liked everything: good breakfasts, decent rooms, an interesting location of the hotel - on a real Baku street. A separate respect to Zula and the guys administrators: attentive, will help in everything, always prompt. Very nice hotel. We arrived at 6 am. We thought we'd leave our things, take a walk around the city until 2 hours before check-in. We were met and accommodated immediately and fed breakfast . This is a guest reception.

My family and I were at this hotel, in general, we really liked everything. Delicious and hearty breakfasts, clean rooms, clean pool, thanks to Zula and her colleagues for such a cozy hotel. The hotel is located on a mountain, it may not be convenient with a stroller, but if you go around, you can go directly to the Ferris wheel on the embankment. From the windows of the hotel there is a stunning view of the flame towers and the sea.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Cozy, homely hotel with sea view on a hill. Homemade breakfasts, buffet. The rooms are clean, towels were changed every day, water kettle is always in the room.The rooms themselves to come to sleep are normal.If someone is looking for numbers for 5,4⭐, then you are not here)

I really liked this guest house! The staff is wonderful! I booked one room, and they gave me another, with a sea view, without extra charge, explained that guests from Pakistan live downstairs, and they are very noisy, and so as not to disturb me, they put me higher! Everything was told at the reception, all questions were answered, everything was very nice, with a smile! The hostess of the kitchen is a wonderful elderly woman, and she cooks porridge for Russians, and omelets, and scrambled eggs! You can also fry toast! The only negative is that it has not been repaired for a long time and the elevator is bricked up. Otherwise, everything is super!!!
