Good service. We settled in promptly, the staff understands and speaks Russian. The room is clean, beautiful, new furniture. The room is quiet with the windows closed. Towels-bathrobes, fresh linen. Bathroom with all accessories. A coffee machine and other things are present. Breakfast with a pretty good selection, although coffee is paid. There is also a free one in the thermos, but we preferred cappuccino. A well-decorated, spacious viewing area on the floor with a restaurant. In fact, it is a roof. The view is almost 360°, it turns out good portraits against the background of the city. Private Parking, there are places with a roof.
Of the disadvantages, one can note the distance from the center and the old town, not walking distance for sure.
I didn't really like the lack of curtains in the shower, I have to be extremely careful not to pour over the plumbing, which then sometimes I need to sit on. But that's the company's policy, as I was told.
A washbasin with a bad drain. The water does not have time to drain, and most likely this is not a blockage, but a design feature.
We didn't have hot water in the morning for some reason.
Overall, the impressions are good, so I do not lower my rating. It seemed to me that the staff is not indifferent and will try to solve the current problems.

We liked everything: we were settled immediately and very quickly. The room is spacious, the view is good.
We cleaned every day - we were surprised.
There are all accessories in the bathroom (shampoo, gel, etc.)
Breakfast on the top floor: the view is gorgeous. They are monotonous, but there is always something new for the hot. We liked everything, it was delicious.
The parking lot is large
The service is unobtrusive, well done!

I chose it to be comfortable, clean, modern in design and to get to the bus station on foot. The booking option was offered only with breakfast. A great plan is to spend the night in comfort, have breakfast and hit the road! but!
Breakfast, as it turned out at check-in, started at 9 (!!!) morning. A hotel in the city near the Ortachala bus station, where breakfast from 9 am is complete nonsense. My bus, for example, left at 8-30 in the morning. I paid not the smallest amount for the month of March for an overnight stay in 170 GEL for a reservation with breakfast, as a result, I spent the night and left hungry. I had no idea that breakfast could start at 9 a.m. At the same time, there was no accommodation option when booking WITHOUT BREAKFAST. There are no messages at the time of booking that breakfast starts so late either.
A typical story of the "Georgian service". Anyone who has encountered it will understand. And who else is not, remember this phrase:
ქართულს სერვისი (kartuls servisi).

When booking, I did not pay attention to the location of the hotel. It is far from the center and generally in a different direction from all the interesting places. But the benefit of a cheap Yandex taxi is that 4-5 GEL can be solved to the center, or 45-50 minutes on foot along the river also solves the problem. The rooms are fresh, good loft style, minimalism. From the pleasant - a cool recreation area on the 15th floor with a terrace. And the breakfasts are pretty cool. I can recommend it directly. The price is very good - so for a long time it is worth considering that accommodation can definitely be.

Garbage at the hotel and parking lots.
The elevator works according to a strange system.
The mattresses are hard.
The renovation is fresh. The condition of the room is monitored, unlike other places in Georgia.
Great view from the restaurant during breakfast. Breakfast is meager.
