We just got back from the hotel.
The food is delicious, there is a large selection. There was always chicken, beef, and fish. There were also crabs, shrimps, seafood. Very tasty European desserts. The staff is ready to help, attentive, many speak and understand Russian. The territory is large, a continuously open bus runs through the hotel, quickly get to any point of the hotel. The rooms depend on the building and type. We had a spacious one with very high ceilings, everything worked. But they only came to the room to sleep. There is a coral reef along the shore of the hotel, there is one pier and several sandy approaches. The reef is gorgeous, lots of fish, very beautiful live corals. There are many pools. There is a large infinity pool, there are adult-only areas, and children are not allowed to run there. A large 18+ swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, there is also an 18+ Jacuzzi area on the beach. It's clean, the sunbeds are washed on the beach in the evening. There is a diving center, you can try scuba diving for free, then, if you like, go through training and diving. I really liked everything. Most of all, the reef, the staff, the food.

Good evening! We had a rest with the whole family at the hotel on 26.05-06.06.24. The rest is great!!! Everything in the hotel is beyond praise!!! Separately, I would like to mention the cleaning of the rooms. We lived in room 1123, and Karim cleaned our place. He's a great smart guy. Attentive, friendly, if there are requests, then he listens to everything and fulfills. And what figures he left for us after cleaning... these are just masterpieces!!! Thank him very much! The hotel is beautiful, the views are gorgeous, the service is excellent, if you do not take into account that drinks, even water, have to be obtained at lunch and dinner at the bar. However, tipping the waiter can save the situation and then drinks will be brought to you, but this will require additional investments.There are juices in boxes in all bars, and there are bars near each pool, There is a lot of different food, but it is tasteless. Don't take a la carte restaurants, one name, there is no service, at some point the waiter even took away our tea box, apparently he thought that we would steal it :))). All the staff speaks Russian: everyone says hello, asks how you are., always ready to help. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel, sometimes it falls off, but everything is restored very quickly at the reception. The alcohol in the bar is local, cocktails are made from it. The sea is beautiful, the reef is gorgeous- there are many different fish, but you just can't find a place on the beach before lunch, all the sun beds are occupied by people or towels. Mosquito repellents are definitely needed, as there are ponds with standing water on the territory of the hotel. The hotel has excellent animation, which is very rare for Egypt, the guys entertain tourists from morning to evening. The evening show is about nothing, live music saves the situation three times a week, and even then the songs are the same. There is nowhere to go outside the territory of the hotel because this is a road for expensive hotels with their own reefs, if you want to walk you will have to go to the city, bargain with taxi drivers the road to the city and back costs no more than 10 dollars. In general, the hotel is not bad, but for the same money you can find a better one.

We stayed at this hotel from May 26th to June 2nd. I liked the hotel. It is located 10 minutes from the airport. Good cuisine, freshly squeezed orange juice was served for breakfast, a spacious room, a large area with separate pools for children and adults, there are a la carte restaurants. Very beautiful reef, lots of fish. Take the masks. Our room overlooked the garden, so it was quiet. Cleaning every day. I recommend it!

The hotel is super. But do not want money for a good room. You can get into trouble and settle near the slides (there's a coach's whistle and music all day), or near the arena (there's a show starting at 8 p.m., music, etc.), or in a building near the road (there's understandable - the rumble of cars). The advice is to settle in the fourth building. There are four-digit numbers (beginning at 4...) Otherwise, everything is very decent, food, service, beach, restaurants, air conditioning. We stayed at the hotel in February 2025. Not thrilled) We were placed in a room on the outskirts, with a view of the construction site. They asked to change the number and demanded an additional payment. At night, the sounds of cars and carts, loud speech and laughter of the staff got in the way. Double room cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The territory is large, lots of flowers and green lawns, cacti. Beautiful infinity pool, no one swims in it at this time, it's cold. The beach is not bad, but it overlooks a huge unfinished building. There are enough sun beds, and the towels are old. Animators are sluggish. They called me to play bocce, gave me the balls, and disappeared. Credit is given only to girls who have done morning exercises. The food is good, lots of vegetables, fruits, seafood, a variety of meat, delicious desserts. It is better to bring alcohol with you. In restaurants, red and white wine is disgusting, pink is not much better. One of the advantages of the hotel is a very beautiful reef, convenient access to the sea. In general, a 5-star hotel does not pull, it is suitable only for non-picky tourists. We don't want to go back there.

In my opinion, the rating is too high, I was in several hotels in Egypt, first of all, the hotel just screams about repairs, poorly working plumbing , the hum of ventilation , the smell of sewage , old shoddy chairs in the dining room . The cleaning is bad , as they settled in with dust on the furniture and lived . The waiters do not come up , even with tips , thinking that the Russians do not give . The room was changed, as a result, they lived almost without hot water (a thin trickle), but they did not bother anymore.Evening shows are constantly different dances of animators are not interesting. The hotel is a full-fledged 4-star hotel, but Egypt has its own evaluation criteria. Very nice area with a cactus park. But the water in the pool with slides was cold. The EXECUTIVE status number was the most expensive one offered. The bathroom tiles are 30 years old, which is clearly below 4 stars and not worth the money. There are 2 additional restaurants on site with a one-time appointment. The Italian restaurant AL Dento is the same Italian as Italian restaurants in Russia with Armenian roots. They can't cook seafood. During the New Year holidays, the animators worked well on the beach, which increased the rating of the hotel. There was a frothy 30-minute dance on the beach and evening shows at 21:30 on the hotel stage. An adequate price for trips to the city behind the first barrier. A local car distributor will arrange a trip to the city and back by minibus for $ 10 when paying upon return to the hotel. It is better and more comfortable than ordering a street taxi and cheaper than ordering a taxi through the hotel reception. At the reception, a taxi costs a wild $ 25 one-way (prices January 2024). We were on vacation in May 2024. A large beautiful hotel with an incredible territory and a living reef. They claim to be the five, but of course they are not. In terms of service, two buffet restaurants stand out in particular, and they stand out with noise, real canteens. Spoons, forks, dishes, waiters throw them on trays, and the large hall carries the sound to such an extent that it can be heard even on the beach. Plus, all drinks must be picked up at the counter, you can't even pour boiling water for tea yourself, literally nothing. Because of this rule, there is a constant queue, which is also not encouraging.
I was very impressed by the cactus garden, I have never seen such a thing. There is also a mini-bazaar on the territory, even an art gallery, fountains in the evening, it's a pleasure to walk. By the way, you will have to walk a lot, the rooms of many buildings are far from the reception and the beach, there is even an open bus.
The food is on the level, everything is delicious, especially pasta, pizza and mousse desserts.
The rooms are quite old, not very clean, but this is the norm for Egypt. The most important thing is that the air conditioner is on the level, it is noisy but it works. Cleaning every day, we have never met a cleaner, like a shadow)
Upon check-in, they give a voucher for 6 drinks to choose from in a special shop, you can take juice, cola, water or beer, such a bonus. This shop is located at the beginning of the bazaar, where the paintings are called stella. The sign is very inconspicuous, we have been looking for a long time)
The beach is big, there are a lot of sunbeds, but most people want to be closer to the pontoon, there are no places there in the morning. The approach from the shore is knee-deep, and literally half a meter, beyond the coral, it is forbidden to step on it.
The pools are super, very clean, as well as a lot of sun beds, even a few gazebos.
Beach towels are issued by card, it is convenient, you do not need to carry wet ones with you, but it seems that they are simply dried somewhere, not washed, because they smell like something like mold, and look like this.
The hotel is four, but the reef and the territory will make you ignore the little things.
The funny thing is that crows constantly attack tables with food on the street and will easily steal anything from your plate, once you lose your vigilance)

During their stay (18-28.03.2025) it was very windy for 3 days, although it is considered a windless bay.

There is a water park for children - 2 slides, the third one did not work for some reason. There is a Jacuzzi on the beach (adults only, 16+), there is a relaxation pool also for adults only.
You need to go down to the beach by elevator, they are very comfortable, there are 4 of them at once. Many relax at numerous pools, water aerobics, yoga are conducted. There is a gym with great views, although we only got to see it.
The contingent is mainly Italians.

Then come in at 6 p.m., return the keys, and we'll give you time to take a shower and pick up your things." It turned out that it was all paid for and we were paid a fine for late departure of 45 €. No one even bothered to explain that it's paid. Justifying "our assistant just doesn't speak Russian well." I don't care what your assistant and manager says. You are focused on Russian speakers, so teach your staff how to explain!! It's a shame!! Spa - 50 minute massage for $ 45 (with a 30% discount already) - just kneaded my back and that's it. Of the cons, I didn't see any children's animation, or a foam party, only two of the water slides worked and very limited. There is no water supply in the room at night (and it's time to make repairs in the rooms). I did not like the organization of excursions, plus there was a negative from the safari (we took an individual tour), things were stolen there under supervision. But the view is beautiful, of course. The pools are open from 8 a.m. to 19:00. After 19, have fun as much as you can, you can't go to the beach either, it's until 18:00. The animation is weak, we went a couple of times. Russian girls entertain the guests.

A decent hotel with a beautiful reef and a rich underwater world. The territory is green and well maintained. The rooms, as for Egypt, are not bad. The food is delicious, lunch and dinner are quite varied. The breakfasts are standard, but there are plenty to choose from, you will not stay hungry. Several animation stations regularly change dishes. There is even a Chinese cook.
There is always enough space on the beach, and by the pools too. There are several pools throughout the territory.
