Awesome 👍 Very nice hotel. I liked absolutely everything - I was with my husband, teenage children and grandmother. Everyone is delighted, we rested for 5+. With the little ones, it may not be very good because of the pantone, there is practically no sandy beach. A small segment.

I visited this place for the first time in 2009, this year the elevator to the sea did not work yet, they drove along the serpentine on a local bus, which still runs around the hotel. The place was chosen well, the beach is located with a drop of twenty meters, so there is an elevator and there is no wind. The beach is very large, 200 meters. The pontoon is stationary to walk ten meters. It is convenient for people who are not very mobile and this is a big plus. The hotel itself is very large and green. I lowered my rating only because for 15 years everything in the standard rooms has become noticeably tired. Therefore, after the first night, we moved to a larger room for an official surcharge, it was good that there were rooms available. And so the hotel takes its place and created a thoughtful infrastructure.

What I recommend from myself:
Stock up on mosquito fumigators, otherwise they will drink all your blood) there are shops on site, here it costs $ 15. Plates 1 buck for 3 pcs.
I recommend coming to the restaurant in advance, as sometimes we have to look for places, there is not always a landing for the whole company (there were 4 of us)
Beach:
At 9 a.m., all seats will be "booked" with towels, and most likely you will have to settle for the leftovers ... but if you give a couple of bucks to the right person ... a sunbed will always be reserved for you…
It's the same at the beach bar, if you give it a paw... that inaccessible drinks are only "Spesholfoyu"

Good day! We stayed at this hotel from 7.05-05/13/2024. Me, my husband, my eight-year-old child. We have often vacationed in Egypt before, but this is the first time we have encountered this. I really want to share my impressions. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, around 10 a.m., we had a standard room booked and upon check-in we were immediately offered to take a suite instead of a standard one (we were ready for this and counted on it). The cost of the suite was $ 7 per person per night, the femeli room was about $ 20/person/night. We agreed to a suite, we were shown on the map in which area of the hotel it is located, we paid and were immediately taken to our room. It turned out to be spacious, clean, and fully met our requirements. Panoramic window /door 20m from the pool, the child was just delighted! And what was our disappointment when we found out that this is a lounge area and children are not allowed to enter here. To our questions about why we were not warned about this when paying for this room, the answer is that we will move you to another room for $ 20/person/night. Of course, to put it mildly, we were surprised after 2 days (!!!) we were moved to an identical room, but in the area of the water park (where the child can swim in the pool). In general, the hotel is probably not bad, but of course it depends on what to compare it with. Customer orientation is zero, they are not ready to help with trivial matters, only for money. There is nothing useful for breakfast except eggs, the menu for lunch and dinner is as simple as possible, the pastries are frankly dry, it feels like they are not fresh. No one was poisoned - this is a "+". Animation for a child leaves much to be desired, for 2 weeks of rest they could not interest him in anything, he was not impressed with anything.. I'm offended. On the plus side, I can note that if you are settled on the outskirts, there is a bus every 10 minutes that will take you to the right place. We fought off countless mosquitoes with a spiral and accidentally burned the balcony table a little, for which they demanded $ 100 from us during the eviction, we had to pay otherwise the case would have ended with the police. I want to say that after this vacation, I do not want to come to this hotel, but in general not to set foot in this country! P.s a few months before that we were in Tae, also with a child, for the same money, in comparison - heaven and earth, draw your own conclusions, thank you for your attention!

We had a rest in early November. This is one of the best hotels in Charm. Friendly staff who constantly asks if everything is okay, how are you? Food that does not get boring during the rest. The dishes are like in the best restaurant. Chefs constantly check the availability of food and cleanliness. The territory is huge, clean, and beautiful. The temperature is what you need, it's not stuffy and it's not too hot. The water is warm, the underwater world is gorgeous. Many thanks to Terek, who constantly brought us drinks on the beach. He is attentive to vacationers.
Tip: take a mosquito repellent cream and a pill with you if you like to sleep with the window open.

Why don't I recommend this hotel:
- the rooms look "sad" and outdated: there is dust, rust and dirt everywhere - on switches, plumbing, mirrors and glasses. The curtains have never been washed, and there is a terrible smell from the closets. The quality of cleaning was normal only once a week, on the other days, at best, they just made the bed and washed the glasses.
- The air conditioner is old - it makes terrible noise, it is extremely difficult to sleep in the room with this sound, it seems that a vacuum cleaner is constantly working in your room. It does not always cope with cooling, to be honest, the temperature is not regulated normally in old buildings.
- there is no normal service: in fact, there is no service in the restaurant = dining room, bars. And this is in a hotel that positions itself as a 5*. The waiters do not bring drinks, do not take orders. During the week of my stay, they only asked me once what drinks to bring. And even the first time that they asked, they brought a drink by the end of the dinner :)) At the entrance to the restaurant, no one greets you or escorts you to a table. At the same time, the main restaurant looks like a shabby dining room, there are no normal tablecloths, stripped tables and chairs. On the plus side: dirty dishes are quickly removed from the tables.
- there is no service at all in the Arena bar, there is always a huge queue, since 1 bartender with an unhappy face cannot cope with the flow of sufferers that is present there during the evening show. What he pours into plastic cups at the same time (yes, normal glasses end there after 15 minutes) - the story is generally silent.
- the quality of drinks, from juice to alcohol: everything is incredibly diluted! Especially in the main restaurant. I wonder if this is a consequence of the fact that the hotel management and the bar staff steal so shamelessly, or does the hotel administration disrespect its customers so much that it thinks it's okay to serve drinks of such quality? Wine does not look like wine from the word at all (it is poured in a restaurant from nowhere - from a beer tap), it is not even a cheap table wine, but it is generally unclear what. Pineapple juice is pineapple-flavored water. Orange juice is a chemical drink. Cocktails are tasteless, even if you tip. Beer is often heavily diluted too, especially in a restaurant. It seems that the Egyptians only use the Red Sea and do not dilute the water in this hotel.
- Food quality: generally acceptable, but there is not much variety, much is repeated day after day and few things are cooked tasty. The fish is cheap, the fruits are the simplest, often unripe, there were only two mangoes in the season itself. Snacks and salads: hardly changed in a week, everything is the simplest and cheapest. Greens and fresh cucumbers are often "tired". They don't know how to make pizza here. The pastries are of poor quality, like most desserts. At the same time, 3-4 times I came across frankly substandard food: obviously spoiled meat in minced meat and yesterday's sour tomatoes in ready-made dishes.
- in the Sunset court a la carte restaurant, the service is not a la carte, but the same buffet as in the main, even the dishes are almost the same. And there's a problem with the service here too. The wine list is terrible, it consists of Egyptian wines, the most expensive of which is the cheapest table wine. In the Italian restaurant, the menu is not bad, but the wine list is all the same sad. In general, everything was delicious (except for the same pizza)) and a good atmosphere. But the sparkling wine was brought warm, they forget to refill the glasses, there are no napkins on the table…
- the rooms were poorly equipped: there was no bathrobe and slippers, toothbrush and paste, cotton pads, there was no package to put things in the laundry (and this service is available at the 5* hotel - who knows?), "do not disturb" signs. At the request, slippers and a paste brush were brought promptly, the bathrobe was carried for 2 days after 3 reminders. There are no cotton pads in this 5* hotel. The mini-bar is empty in a 5* hotel and with an all-inclusive system. Go somewhere there and bring yourself soft drinks - 6 jars for your whole week's vacation :))
- about the beach: there is no service for guests there either. But it's clean. They clean well, beach towels are always available and usually of good quality. A free sunbed can always be found, at any time of the day (the beach is long enough). But the length of the beach is its disadvantage, since there is only one shower and changing room for the entire beach. The beach bar is on the one hand, if you are located in another part - closer to the pontoon, you need to go straight to the bar for water. Why not make 2 bars on the beach?
- Sea and swimming area: good reef, lifeguards are on duty. The descent into the water is through a single pontoon with 2 ladders and there is always a problem to get down and up because of the large number of people crowding at the entrance and exit. Plus, divers often hang out at the second descent from the pontoon and boats come - this further restricts those who want to get into or out of the water. In general, the swimming area is severely limited by buoys - there is little space, it is uncomfortable, the water is simply teeming with people on 100 square meters near the pontoon, it is difficult to "disperse".
- the territory of the hotel is quite large, sometimes green, sometimes not very bald, little greenery, shady places to hide on a scorching hot day. There is nowhere to leave the hotel, walk along the beach - it will also not work - the side exit from the hotel along the beach is closed.
What I liked about this hotel:
- clean beach and good beach towels
- cozy areas by the pools
- high-quality massage in the spa complex. That's all.
The real level of the hotel is about 3.5 stars. He doesn't pull a four because of the quality of food, drinks and service.

To begin with, I will indicate that the travel agent who selected the tour for us has already misled us about the hotel category ... convincing us that it is category 5 * ... there is not that 5, there is 3 with a stretch ... we bought a Deluxe room (not standard) with a view of the pool ... the voucher was category 4 * but the travel agent again convinced that it was necessary for the travel agency and that the reviews of the hotel were good. I also double-checked, they were really not bad.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we immediately faced a lack of service- we carried the luggage ourselves, a long registration ... however, we were taken to the room at least by electric car ... the room turned out to be in the penultimate building ... at the end of the hotel ... almost a kilometer from the sea and all the main infrastructure ... and ... when we entered the room.. here the most terrible horror awaited us... starting with the number plate on the door, broken of course ... then the door is broken, it is clear that it was knocked out more than once... dead plumbing, everything is dirty and broken, curtains are all black and stained, dirty and not working refrigerator, kettle dirty and melted, air conditioning did not work, and in general, everything was stained with some kind of stains on the walls and on the furniture ... and once again I emphasize - it was a DELUXE room. There is no service there either - you can't wait for waiters anywhere, they always took everything themselves... and the room was never changed for us

For example, it was possible to keep the temperature of freshly prepared dishes in the refrigerator))) I do not recommend the hotel, it cannot be considered as an alternative to Turkey, it is incompatible)

We were at the hotel in November 2023. It left a very warm impression, as if we lived in a cottage village by the sea. On the one hand, in my opinion, this is not ultra all inclusive: locally produced strong alcohol, snacks still need to be searched, the Ala kart restaurant is essentially one (we liked it), the cleaning is average (a smiling young man turned over my foot towel with a clean side for several days in a row, despite the tips left). Of the Russian-speaking staff, only Oksana, who does not always happen. The evening performance is like such a nice home-made amateur performance. On the other hand, I want to return to this hotel. And the reason for this is the territory enchantingly thought out by landscape designers. Very beautiful multi-functional pools. The elevator to the beach is a wonderful purchase. A magical, long, bright, colorful reef and warm, gentle water do not let go of the whole vacation. Most of all, I was surprised that the food in the main restaurant was barely warm and not salty in all the canteens of ol inclusive, it was hot, always qualitatively salted, very tasty, thank you very much to the chefs. In the evening we went to a restaurant by the sea, there is a more intimate atmosphere, the food is basically the same, but the staff works with visitors in a qualitatively different way, there is a feeling of visiting a beautiful seaside restaurant. I liked the shopping street in the center. You can buy the necessary small things without leaving the hotel and medicines, including those that we have on prescription. There are three slides in the mini water park, the size and shape of which are optimally selected. The animators are funny young guys. I'm happy to look at them on Instagram.

The rooms are old, the cupboards creak, the doors creak, the refrigerators work every other time, the safe did not work in the room, there are no toilet brushes, no bathrobes, no slippers, the food is monotonous, not very tasty, you need to choose your own food for dinner. Soups are not very good. The most disgusting thing is queuing to drink coffee or tea in the morning) keep in mind that the bartenders pour you coffee and tea, not you yourself. It's just a game!!! Not all bartenders know how to use a coffee machine, they used to make it disgusting that you wouldn't drink at all. Juice from the boxes and jupi from the vending machine - pour yourself a jupi, you can't get more delicious out of the boxes. For families with children, there are simply no roads on the territory of the hotel. Everything is in potholes, in ruins, if you are riding in a wheelchair, take with you the most dead, the most pitiful, so that if it falls apart, leave it there. They will be settled in the standard building, which is the furthest building, in the basement of which the maintenance staff lives, and screams, prays, drinks, and so on. They asked for extra salt in better rooms - the price starts from $ 100))) Don't settle near the stage either if you're with a child. It's like having a disco in your room until 23:00. Some pools are relaxation areas, and you won't be allowed in there with children))) they just come up and kick you out, even if your child is not yelling, even if he is just sleeping in a stroller))) they just work at the reception....) The restaurants in Alaska are exactly the same as in the main ones. Every single one of them. If you're coming here, it's better to eat in the lower restaurant, it's aimed at Italians (of whom there are sooo many))) well, they cook better there, and the attitude of the waiters is better). The territory of the hotel is huge and very beautiful, which is a plus. Corals have been seen better in charm. Well, nothing either. For children, there are 3 or 4 small sandy trips to the sea. Check-out at 12, if you have later - one hour delay in the room costs $ 30. They don't agree to any compromises and Alyonka's chocolates. In general, they are normal. (Well, for three)

The hotel is super, the food is excellent, the service is generally a separate song - as they tried not to put it into words, it is clear that everyone wanted a dollar, but it was not a pity at all. Our room was about 50 sq m, with ceilings of 6 meters and with a magnificent view from the balcony. There were minor issues on the part of the staff, which I solved instantly with my Rostov temperament. The beauty of the reef forced me to scuba dive to a depth of 13 meters.
