Everything is very great ... Especially the staff - Dhanushka - helps out in all matters and cleaned the rooms very well, comfortable beds ... the room has everything you need, coffee, tea, hygiene products .... good sound insulation ... Super hotel, I will recommend it to all my friends ❤️
We had a rest in January 2024, I chose through the biblio globe for price / quality. We lived on the 7th floor in a Paris room. The room stock is too old... expectation / reality. To charge the phone, you need an adapter (at the reception 15 dirh) In general, the hotel is normal, you can spend the night. Sound Insulation... you Can Hear Everything. No one wrote about pillows, they are tin, like inflatable ones, it is impossible to sleep unless sitting down. The rooms are micro, there was no hot water for two days for unknown reasons🙄 2 bath towels and one foot towel for two people, horror) you have to ask, they bring. Shampoo, body lotion and soap are free. There is no shower gel! Also 0.5 water per person, tea, coffee, cream, sugar. The baby bird can be taken to the beach. The pool is one name, consider it not, there are three sun beds on the roof and a tiny "pool" of 1.5 x 3 meters.
The bus carries a comfort transfer at 10:30, make an appointment at the reception in advance so that there are places. He comes back by appointment.
You can get back on your own, walk from the mosque to the Satwa bus station along a busy street with shops and all sorts of junk for 5-10 dirh. There is also a good West zone supermarket. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. And take the C32 bus (usually from the 3rd way) the fare is 3 dirh, get to the police stadion stop, then walk 7 minutes.
The pool is closed on Saturdays, and there is no transfer to the beach on Sundays. The hotel is mostly Indian. Prices in the cafe at the hotel are reasonable shawarma + French fries + fruit cocktail 14dirh (mango is delicious, watermelon is not, melon +-).
I liked La mer beach more than the neighboring ones. WiFi is everywhere, changing rooms, showers with hot water. And the atmospheric pirate-style yarn infrastructure itself.
Mercato beach, Jumeirah is big, but the shower and changing rooms are in the center of the beach, far away. No Wi-fi. Kite Beach is the longest coastline. A lot of deck chairs have a horse price tag. A large selection of cafes and fast food.
The metro is 1.5 km from the hotel, you can get to Dubai Creek by yourself, take a boat ride to the Golden Frame. It takes an hour to get to Burj Khalifa by metro , the cost of a metro ride from Al Jajaf station to Dubai Mall 3dirh.
It's hard to get lost in the subway, everything is signed and accessible. There is a carriage for women with children (up to 12 years old), gold (business type), regular: air conditioning, clean. It is forbidden to chew gum or eat.
If we consider the hotel as an urban option to spend the night and at the lowest cost per tour, then approx. But still, I recommend looking closer to the center or on the red line of the metro, if you move on your own.
At prices in general : fast food from 20 people, cafes from 50. The climb to Burj Khalifa can be bought on the spot or online (cheaper).
A review is a warning! Do not choose this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children or elderly people! 1. There is no shuttle to the sea! He was there, but since April 2024 he has not been there. The tour operator did not change the description of the hotel, which was misleading. 2. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the metro! There are no sidewalks. We'll have to walk through the dust. 3. The hotel staff is a separate conversation. Absolutely not professional. How many times did the cleaning, so many times did they take away towels and did not put new ones. I had to go down to the reception every time and ask them. As a result, an employee came with one towel, and said I know for sure that there is a second one, here's one for you. I had to bring him to the room and show him. Only after that, with a displeased expression on his face, he brought it. And we explained that 2 towels are needed for 2 people. 4. Breakfast without cereals and yoghurts. One Indian spicy cuisine. Instant nescafe coffee, which also had to be asked to be brought. The napkins are dirty and dirty. The view from the windows of the pigeon shit. 5. You should not expect understanding from the staff. We needed a needle, and the reception just replied - we don't have it. I had to remind them that the 4-star hotel is kind of like, and it's unforgivable to respond to guests like that. The next day they gave me a set. 6. There is a constant construction site outside the window, noise and dust. Conclusion: if you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't take this hotel.
And although it turned out that the hotel was very far from the city center and from the metro, and the first impressions were not the best, but the staff was so responsive and pleasant that all the difficulties were solved after the first request: dental kits, slippers were brought, a transfer to the sea was organized, not spicy dishes were prepared for breakfast on special order We changed the dishes at dinner. I give 5 points for this, do not hesitate to ask, here they really listen and fulfill the requests of the guests. And also a cool heated pool on the roof, what sunsets from it!
A shabby hotel, a 20-minute walk to the metro, the only thing pleased, near a grocery store open until 02 am, a quiet area, polite staff, and a chic restaurant
I rarely write reviews, but this hotel requires comments! We travel to the UAE every year and have been to different hotels in Dubai, Sharjah and Fujairah. There were even 2 - star hotels in Sharjah .This hotel claims to be 4 stars!!! Apparently they added 2 +2.In fact: cockroaches in bread in the kitchen for breakfast!food ... well, what do you want to eat after a bunch of insects ... and the staff, when you show them this horror ... takes a racket and claps them in front of you ....the rooms are all dead... the furniture is old and worn... the chairs are soft and it's not nice to sit on them... all dirty. The staff is not all friendly, as they say in the reviews ... they could not settle us for half a day.The hotel is certainly the cheapest in Dubai, probably, and we bought into it ... but this does not mean that there should be unsanitary conditions and rarukha. The rooms are really very rarely cleaned ... they were cleaned 2 times a week and they can take the towels and not change them. The hotel managers of course tried to rehabilitate themselves, a day after the cockroaches were shown, they moved us to another room, but given the state of the hotel it didn't help much ... just a little more room with a balcony ... but a balcony at +45 is not much needed ... only for drying swimsuits. The pool is closed ... and will not open soon ...There is a renovation, I think it will not open soon

A great city hotel. The metro is not far away, there is a normal, not expensive cafe on the ground floor, there are several more cafes nearby. There is also a great supermarket downstairs.
The rooms are normal, although not large. The staff is friendly. They give you water and tea every day. There is a kettle in the room. The Internet is weak, but there is enough for mail with a telegram.
There is a shuttle service to the sea, there is a swimming pool on the roof.
The rooms are small. The underwear has not been changed once in a week. Towels were changed every day. Cleaning every day. Breakfast is very poor, dinner is sad. You won't be hungry, but there is no pleasure. There is a free transfer to the beach and to the Festival shopping center. The beach is not equipped - there are no sun beds and shade. The hotel is quite modest. Wi-Fi is stable everywhere, but don't watch a movie - just social networks and text. The staff is nice. But the hotel is very cheap.
The hotel is located in Dubai near the WaFi Shopping Center. The hotel has an outdoor pool on the terrace, SPA services, massage. There is free internet in the room. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bed linen is changed after 3 days, towels are changed every day. The room has a kettle and a minibar. There is a nice cafe in the next house. And for those who want to save a little, there is a shop in the next house where you can buy groceries and various small items. The staff is polite. The concierge is attentive, the reception staff is good. You can get to the city center by public transport by metro, but we didn't use it, mostly we took a taxi to WaFi. It's 5 minutes by taxi and inexpensive. In general, the price - quality corresponds. The hotel left a good impression about itself.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Al-Jadaf metro station is about 10 minutes away. There is a market near the hotel. I recommend the hotel.
The hotel is far from the sea and it is not very convenient to get anywhere without a car. You can walk to the nearest metro station (preferably early in the morning or late in the evening), from there you can at least get to the sea along the greenery (about ten kilometers) - but I advise you to take the subway, it's less crowded there than in Moscow. Not far from the metro, you can go to the other side of the highway to a large park (entrance is paid, you need to walk to it) - in the morning a lot of locals gather in the parking lots to do sports - it's interesting to see.
But the hotel is clean, pleasant. There is a daily free transfer to the sea (and back), there are no complaints about the food (keep in mind that some of the dishes can be very, very spicy from unaccustomed).
A convenient supermarket in a neighboring building can solve the problem of sudden hunger, food for a trip or fruit - also an undeniable plus (considering that supermarkets are not on every corner at all).
A cafe with fast food, coffee and freshly squeezed juice is also in the next building - as I understand it, it is customary to arrive there by car (but it is convenient to walk from this hotel).
In general, it is a very good option to get acquainted with the city if you are traveling almost all day.
Quite a livable room, cleaning and changing of linen without requests. The only negative is that there is nothing in the area. The subway is too far in the heat
Rested 19.03.21-26.03.21. Stayed at the Reflections Hotel 4*, deluxe room, 3 meals a day. The location of the hotel is not convenient, to put it mildly, the metro is 2 km along the sand, transfer to the beach 2 times a day. The hotel does not pull on 4 *, especially by the standards of Dubai. The rooms are dead, broken, the towels are torn, as well as the bed linen. But there were also advantages: because of covid-19, there were few guests, the staff was polite, lunch and dinner were brought to the room, cleaned every day.
- repairs have not been done for a long time, small rooms, there is no heating in the pool, there is nowhere to go on foot, there is a construction site around
+ Attentive staff, clean, change towels on time, replenish the supply of water, tea, coffee, bath accessories, delicious breakfasts and dinners, near a supermarket and a cafe, there is a Russian-speaking staff, free transfer to the beach and the festival mall.
The pool does not work, but it is stated that it is. Very far from the sea. Transfer 1 time a day in the morning. There are no complaints about room cleaning.
Not 4 stars definitely, there is always a problem with towels, the iron (if it can be begged) will be taken away during cleaning. In general, requests are carried out very slowly and in some kind of inverted form: they asked to bring a set of towels for the second person - they brought two bath towels. And so it is in everything. Breakfasts are quite varied, repeated every 3-4 days.
The food is terrible. There is no choice. There is only one construction site around, it is impossible to sleep, constant noise. The rooms are small. Objectively, the hotel somehow pulls on 3 stars. You feel cheated, people don't believe in positive reviews about this hotel!
