The hotel justifies all three stars, neither add nor subtract, the rooms are modest but clean. Daily cleaning and updating of bath accessories, there is some Wi-Fi, geographically a very advantageous location for tourists. The staff deserves special praise, and in particular a huge bearded man of the kindest soul, a man who sincerely cares about your comfort.

The hotel is not far from the Church of Gregory the Illuminator.
He stands on the street , which stops at 2 a.m..and at 6 again, the noise from cars (double-glazed windows are very budget-friendly, so there is no difference between an open window and a closed one.....)
Going inside, it is very uncomfortable, dark above the reception desk, and the administrator is not clear who, for 3 nights at the workplace I did not observe anyone....
There are a lot of rooms on the floor, despite the carpet everywhere, the audibility is decent....
Daily cleaning, change of towels and soap accessories.
The room is small (for dwarfs) from the word absolutely, a small bathroom. It was easier to make fewer rooms, but it was more spacious to breathe....
In the room: refrigerator, table, chairs (at night you get up and sit on the table and on the chair).
There is no threshold and curtains in the bathroom, you wash and all the water is on toilet paper, toilet bowl and floor....
Lighting is sufficient.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located, within walking distance of the center of Yerevan, close to the family cafe where we went to have breakfast. We booked two rooms. The room has a large comfortable bed, everything you need. Cleaned daily. Two bottles of water were left for the room daily. Friendly staff. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I definitely recommend it!

We booked this hotel on booking, where it is called EVN Boutique Hotel. In fact, this is a Regard Hotel. They have different house numbers, even though the building is the same. because of what, upon arrival, it is not clear whether you got there at all. Upon check-in, they said that the room was booked for one person at all, but then they called somewhere to find out something, in the end they still confirmed that the room was for two. Like what's the difference in a single room, too, a double bed, only there are fewer squares. Then they ask you to cancel your booking at the booking office, offering a discount for this. Okay, let's move on. You go up to the 2nd floor, enter the room, and find yourself in the basement, one small window under the ceiling overlooks the parking lot of an apartment building. You look at the exhaust pipe of the car, at night they leave, they arrive. The headlights are shining. The room is small, the noisy air conditioning system, even when turned off, is still noisy. The door to the toilet is generally a separate story. The door looks like a shower door. Translucent, non-closing, with slits at the top and bottom. A small shower room, everything gets wet after visiting it. On the positive side, the hotel is located near the center.

Every time I arrive in Yerevan, I stay at the Regard Hotel.
There is a convenient location within walking distance to the city center, and a good price / quality ratio, and - most importantly - a very friendly and helpful staff.
You are always welcome, they will always help you with advice and recommendation.
You arrive at the hotel and feel at home.
I recommend it to everyone!

They cheat with the price and payment. At the time of arrival, they persistently asked to cancel the booking at the Booking, in exchange they offered a discount, the discounted price was called in drams and it was really lower than the booking.
After canceling the reservation, they were informed that it was impossible to pay with a card. I insisted on paying with a card, because I do not have a Russian bank card and you can pay with it everywhere, but they refused to accept the card, because Russians only accept transfer to the Savings Bank at a convenient rate. Naturally, in the end, the price turned out to be even more expensive than at the booking) it's very unpleasant, and it's not about money, but that you are deliberately deceived.
I see from the reviews that I'm not the first one like this.
The room was clean, but there was no refrigerator until I asked. They brought an old, noisy, barely working, with an unpleasant smell. There is no kettle, mug in the room, no tea to drink. They don't bring water. There is no bathrobe. The walls are made of paper, you can hear all the neighbors. There is no breakfast or coffee in the hotel either, even for an additional fee.for a fee, although they have a restaurant shown in the photo. And there is no one in a branded suit at the reception, the photos embellish reality very much.
And all this for 6,000+ rubles /night.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Very expensive for such quality. The service is unpleasant.
The room was not ready at the time of arrival.
They took more money than the booking asks for, they made a cancellation at the booking. In short, extremely muddy guys, I don't recommend it, it's not worth it. There are hotels 2 times cheaper and 3 times better (and even with breakfast).

A meager breakfast, little choice, a small room, the door from the bathroom and closet rests against the bed practically, smells like a canal in the evenings. There was an elevator booth next to the room, and in the silence of the night, its minute-by-minute knocking made me nervous. There is no telephone, bathrobes, lamps, no table and chairs: only a bed, a TV that did not catch anything, and two bedside tables. It was cold, the air conditioner was saving me. You are given one key, you leave and the room cools down in one fell swoop. The only thing is the polite staff and cleanliness. The prices do not match, they are overpriced, even the safe in the closet does not save the situation.
