I was very upset that such a significantly necessary hospital does not have the necessary equipment. I came for a consultation with a dermatologist-oncologist with a nevus that began to increase in different directions, change color and tingle. But they don't have a doctor of the right specialty. There is a dermatoscope device, but a very old release without immersion fluid (I'm already silent that in such an organization there simply must be a dermatoscope with a polarizing or cross-polarizing filter) and a doctor who has completed dermatoscopy courses. I was traveling from a distant village to a paid consultation with the hope that they would consult there properly.
Dear Chief Physician, please take note of this fact. And treat the health of citizens properly! And then your doctors will not have to say the phrase so often: "We are not Gods", "The more we could, the more we helped", "Walls are treated at home", etc.

In the modern technological world, this health resort is not equipped very poorly! There are not enough doctors, seriously ill people are constantly sitting waiting for them, doctors do not take a step, they work like butchers, purely according to protocol, you are a person or something else they do not care!
There are no laboratory equipment in oncology! When people's time goes not for months but for days, these people manage to send tests to other areas 500 km away, then I wait for them for several weeks, if any holidays, then the whole month!
Doctors and doctors are not set up to treat people, there are no specific plans and data from organizations to prevent and carry out pre-oncological diseases! They sit all day long not knowing what they are doing, these doctors have set up their work so that they just deal with the consequences, fundamentally not solving the problem of causality!
It is possible to say with regret that they are doing the work of an undertaker!
