A very cozy cafe is located almost in the center of the boulevard. There are many playgrounds nearby for their active development. The Guard keeps order and patrols throughout the boulevard. Thanks to ALISHER USMANOV for the allocated funds in order to give a new image to this place.

A nice cafe is cozy, we spent a birthday there, and everything was so nice there we also sang songs live, in short everything is fine!
