A great place to sit quietly and eat delicious food. The interior is not particularly oriental, but it's nice to sit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is not large, but the national dishes are very tasty. We had lunch every day, we waited no more than 20 minutes for the order. The prices are average and fully justified. Compared to other restaurants and cafes, the most delicious place in Registan.
A wonderful restaurant, excellent dishes. I highly recommend trying pilaf! The prices are reasonable, the waiters and hosts are very friendly. The perfect place to sit, relax and have a delicious meal!
We recommend it. Very very tasty. The staff greets you kindly👍🏻 the meat is the most tender. Prices + are the same as all other cafes in the area. We used to come here every day! We have been to other cafes and restaurants, but it is here that you will be greeted with local good-natured hospitality and the most delicious national food.
It's a great place. Quiet, they cook at home. I highly recommend the lamb kebab. It differs from other places in that on the skewer pieces of mutton (without fat) are interspersed with pieces of fat. Therefore, the kebab is juicy, and those who do not eat fat can remove pieces of fat and eat only meat. The staff is polite and helpful, they cook and bring it quickly.
We came in for the first time. They asked me to put it next to the outlet, charge the phone. They refused service, they said that only tables for 10 people with an outlet, they can't put us in. Although 2 tables were free and there was no influx. We decided to go to another place, which we told the administrator about. They didn't even try to fix the situation, they just said "well, go ahead" - it's literally.
We returned here an hour later to drink tea and spend time before the show. We ordered tea. The waiter was surprised to ask only tea three or four times? Then he ran away to the receptionist, complained that they only ordered tea, received a condescending permission from her "well, bring them tea" - we hear this, after which he brought tea with a dissatisfied look.
The toilets are terrible - it's on the main street. They do not correspond to the positioning of the restaurant in any way. Tea prices are more expensive than in Tashkent City with well-trained service, courtesy and impeccable Russian. Here, the waiters practically do not speak Russian. You need to point your finger in the menu.
In general, it's a terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone. An ordinary teahouse on the outskirts is cheaper, tastier, and cleaner.
At lunchtime, it was the only restaurant open nearby, the waiters were nice, the Registan was visible from the window, and that was where the advantages ended.
The Samarkand flatbread was oak... in Uzbekistan it is not possible to bring fresh bread ... however, it is hospitable. Manti with meat... rather with onions and a little bit with meat, they were normal in size, delicious, but not for such a price, the dough with onions, the teapot was streaked, Soviet-style paper was in the toilet.
I highly recommend it. Despite the friendly staff, the price tag for the dishes is frightening, plus 12% for the service is included immediately from the bill. Samarkand is full of delicious and affordable places. Unfortunately, this institution does not apply to them.
I bet 5/5, the barbecue is delicious, the service is great, despite the fact that one waiter was at all, the atmosphere is cool, the prices are adequate. I recommend
Overall, I liked everything - the cuisine, the service, and the wine. Prices are somewhat inflated, for individual dishes, for example, "karakhan", and in general at times. But, again, in general, the dinner did not ruin: 500,000 UZS (about 40 EUR).
Of the advantages , it was the only one that was open . At 2 p.m. on January 2nd.
On the downside , everything is disgusting . The tea was not brewed in 20 minutes. The tortilla is at least a week old . Boiled manti, onion filling consists of 70%.
Lagman is edible , by 3 .
I don 't recommend it to anyone , the prices are above average . The worst place I've ever visited in Uzbekistan.
Pros: cheerful, sincere waiters, good location, tables on the street.
Cons: moonshine under the guise of cognac, hookah is terrible but expensive, the bowl is generally rewound with scotch tape.
The pilaf is good, but a little expensive, and the salad is something with something!! I don't recommend it!
Salad of 70,000 soums (tomatoes and cucumbers) for such a salad is such a price
Don't go, don't waste your time and money! Disgusting food, I don't even want to pay for it! There is a deception on the check, they write what they did not bring!
It's a terrible restaurant, it's even a cafe to call it a shame , not that the restaurant there doesn't even smell like it ,The terrible staff are rude , the prices don't match me, even with such a small menu, they managed to deceive us, let's start with tea that cost 20,000 in the check 35,000 also with everything , vodka was a maximum of 150 grams instead of 300, manta rays we so and they did not wait for Zoya to enter the receipt , they brought a lot of shoals of meat 2 servings for 300,000 although it is not on the menu and the most expensive meat on the menu is 60,000, we went to find out what and how according to the receipt, an adult woman with no shame and conscience is sitting in the end, it was said to our face in Russia they give us and we must and otherwise, like how to survive, In the end, after finding out and the scandal, they changed and recalculated the check and instead of 955,000 we paid 683000, I do not recommend this eatery in any other way you can not call the food not tasty and deception I do not recommend going further and sitting in a chic restaurant I recommend but not here shame and shame and this adult woman will turn out to be smart and shameless to the mind
We went in the morning to drink coffee with a bowl. The soup turned out to be fresh, the coffee was not bad either. The woman who served turned out to be obsessive about what a good restaurant they have. They probably put a price on the conversation. They billed 191,000 for two coffees and two stews.I don't even know what cheered me up more, the coffee or the price. Definitely, not another step here.
The vegetable salad is disgusting, the kebab cauldron, half the fat. The dish could be called fried potatoes. Pilaf, rice with butter. For that kind of money, it's better to pass by.
The waiters are friendly, old school, like they wanted to like it, but the food is something..... everything sour is as if kefir was added to all the dishes. It's not very tasty
Terrible staff, terrible service, terrible hospitality and a terrible aunt who does not allow guests to go to the toilet before ordering. It's terrible! It's terrible! Lack of culture
I do not know if they have too many customers, but the service wants the best. The order was waited for half an hour. The waiters even quarreled with the customers in front of the mat. Well, about the pilaf itself. It's called Samarkand pilaf. Rice is separately markov meat, too, and most importantly very fatty. It sounds like an amateur, but those who ordered pilaf with us did not
Very expensive, and tasteless. The only plus is you can order beer, but for that kind of money, instead of one, you can feed a family. Stupid, worthless place
