This is the first pilaf center in Tashkent where I wanted to go and... did not get there. When I was advised this place, they indicated the time interval - from 11 to 13 o'clock. But I didn't pay attention to this and there was no pilaf. Well, how can a tourist know that there is such a thing as "opening a cauldron")) No wonder they say that the first lump is a pancake. So for me, the first pilaf in Tashkent ended in a complete fiasco. The next day I called and asked what time the new cauldron would be. Arriving at the right time (17:00), I was finally able to enjoy a real Samarkand pilaf with pie. The pilaf was amazing. Still, you need to come right in time for the opening of the cauldron.
There are no comments on the service. Everything is clear, fast, with oriental attention to the guest. I definitely recommend it. The next time I come to Tash, I'll come here first. Thank you for your hospitality.

Проблема с персоналом. При посещении данного места был большой наплав народа. Была пайшанба)) Мест не было, стояли ждали около столов) но все же нашли нам место. Потом официанты долго не могли сообразить кто из них нас возьмет) в целом ребята молодцы, просто были ошарашены таким налетом на заведение) по этому в первые минут 15 терялись ) потом пришли в себя и все работали хорошо)
Если приходить не в четверг, уверен там будет все отлично с посадочными местами.
В заключение скажу так: я в это место вернусь 100%. Понравилось все! Еда, обстановка, обслуживание, цены.

Попал к ним в 18:00. Людей не было. Плов принесли быстро. Атмосфера хорошая, тихо, спокойно и уютно. Возможно, из-за того, что удалось поесть тогда, когда людей нет. Обслуживают молодые ребята, не все хорошо знают русский язык. Попросил меню, почему-то сказали, что его нет. К вечеру не все салаты остаются в наличии, были только ачичук, сузьма и томатный сок. Сам плов средний, начитавшись положительных отзывов, думал, что будет лучше. Не айс, но и не сказать, что жалею о потраченных деньгах. Если бы не низкие цены за еду и обслуживание (10%), пожалел бы, что приехал. Ещё не понравилось, то что персонал, который стоит у кассы, пускает похабные шутки и матерные слова. Портит впечатление о заведении.

Вкусно! Порции нормальные, учитывают пожелания (не жирный, без масла), есть варианты подачи "вип", "добавочное мясо" - казана не видно, это как плюс, так и минус. Сейчас много официантов, в принципе всё успевают. Бывает что не совсем понимают сразу, но это легко исправляется. Обслуживание быстрое. Один раз попали на выключение света (видимо знаменитые веерные отключения Ташкента) но даже в этот раз всё было достойно. В основном люди покушать приходят. Народу достаточно много, особенно в обеденное время. Фишка что плов на 8ми маслах уже как то поистёрлась, нигде об этом упоминаний нет. Но должен сказать что при средней стоимости (по районам) порции плова в 25 тысяч сум (а есть и дешевле) - здесь вы отдадите в два раза больше. Но при этом, получите вкусный плов, очень вкусное мясо! Рекомендую однозначно! Но с небольшой поправкой - кто экономит и бюджет не позволяет, лучше мимо проходите, а то начнется как всегда - одна звезда, нелепые комменты про то что дорого... да, дорого - но достойно.
Есть ещё нюанс (возможно я не прав) - парковались в махалле за домом, место найти нормальное всегда тяжко. Ну и расположение конечно спорное. На втором этаже. В первый раз найти не проблемно, но с вопросами. Но в целом, повторюсь - для гурманов, плов знатный.
