A hotel with a huge and very beautiful territory. Cool main restaurant, delicious ala-karta. The service is excellent! The kids' club is beyond praise, the child of 9 years did not want to leave there, as a result, he spent the whole vacation there)). Thank you girls!!!
What I didn't like was the work of the room service. The maid cleaned disgustingly, did not replenish the supplies. Later it turned out that the cleaner was digging in the trash while cleaning, looking for used packages and only replenished them if she found them. That's some kind of tiny thing, by God. Use sticks and discs only in the room!!! I think they checked in the toilet too??? So take the chemistry with you, so as not to look like a beggar... The managers are not on the client's side, which is surprising in a hotel of this level. The attitude was very upsetting(
