A convenient place. All services are in one building. But there are a lot of people, respectively. There are many people at the reception with questions.
The Regional Center is beautiful, well-equipped, but there are many flaws: there is always a queue in the morning. Even if you take a number and sit all day, it's not a fact that you will get, for example, to hand over your passport documents. I wrote my review of their work in a complaint book.

It's bad that people with disabilities are not accepted without waiting lists. A cafeteria can be organized.And so, in general, it is convenient. Many issues can be solved at the same time.
It's okay if you sign up by e-mail and come to the reception in a timely manner (i.e. in a couple of weeks) and shake the girls working there, so that the next ones wouldn't brazenly send you.
