IT'S JUST AWFUL! We do not recommend contacting this organization. Recently, my husband and I decided to make zoning in the room using decorative slats. They chose "rake.buy" (LLC "AndLen") and regretted: - rail delivery service to Minsk according to an employee of the company "rail.buy" had to coordinate with us the date and time of acceptance of the goods. In fact, they just confronted us with the fact that we had to take time off from work and run home to take reiki; - the slats were delivered damaged; - instead of 29 rails, 27 rails were delivered; - the issue of installing rails was also "helped" by the employees of Reika.buy. They recommended an installer in Minsk. As a result, the installation of rails turned into a real nightmare of 9 days in length. The recommended master Sergey set the date and time of installation during working hours, I had to ask for leave, but the master himself did not come and did not even warn in advance that he would not come. I had to literally call him and clarify what happened this time. As a result, he arrived (on the third attempt) and could not install it in a day. On the 9th day, he did his job. Regarding the quality of the work, it is better to just keep silent. How can you recommend a master who has never installed this kind of partition? And judging by the quality of the work, it really was the first rack-and-pinion partition for this installer. Our attempts to contact the Rake office.buy" (LLC "AndLen") was not crowned with success after the nightmare: they do not pick up the phone, answer in messengers every other day, they say that they are busy now and cannot speak. Think about it a few times before contacting this organization.
