The Laerton 4* hotel left a pleasant impression due to the high level of service and comfort. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, the rooms were cleaned daily, towels were brought fresh every day. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, and the location of the hotel is in a quiet location, close to the city center. We checked into a room on the second floor, the window looked out onto a narrow street and it was relatively quiet at night. One of the disadvantages is that the hair dryer did not work in the room, the TV was faulty, there was no image. The air conditioner worked well and saved us from the summer heat. I liked the shallow depth in the pool and the temperature of the water and air was comfortable for swimming, but it is necessary to arrange in advance so that it is warmed up. Overall, the impressions are good.

Positive. The rooms are clean and spacious. A wonderful breakfast in a cafe with a view of the city. Go up to the floor above in the cafe - it will be even more beautiful. Thanks to this view, you definitely can not go to restaurants with a view of the city.
We didn't have time to use the SPA.
Minuses. (but I won't take off the star).
Uncomfortable pillows.
Tiles fell off on the balcony in places.
In the bathroom, the shower couldn't hold on and was sliding down.
The stand-shelf in the shower for gel / shampoo was spinning around its axis, loose, uncomfortable.
Most likely I will come again, primarily because of the breakfasts and the view

For a long time I doubted the correctness of our choice, given the reviews and the location of the hotel. Photos of the area on Google Maps did not inspire optimism. However, the price and availability of balconies played a crucial role, and I do not regret my decision.
Our rooms (601 and 602) turned out to be spacious and beautiful, next to the breakfast restaurant. The rooms had wonderful armchairs with a footstool, a balcony with a view of the city, comfortable beds and bed linen! I enjoyed my vacation after long excursions and was even ready to stay here for the whole day if the weather turned bad.
I want to express special thanks to the receptionist, a wonderful young man. He printed out a map of the city with an indication of the Magti communication salon, called a taxi and ordered baths. The charm of this man is the real face of the hotel, which is rarely found anywhere.
It is impossible not to praise the breakfasts: a lot of fruits, pastries and no porridge at all.
One of the disadvantages is the shower head, which pours from above in a direct stream and does not come off. And also a very small bathroom, which, frankly, is not exciting.

Honestly, I wanted to bet 5.But the service leaves much to be desired (except for Natia).
We accidentally broke a glass glass by the bed (the time was 22.00) and went downstairs to remove the glass, as it was simply impossible to walk, the small glass was lying next to the bed.
We were told that the maid was no longer there (seriously, at 10 pm?!) and told to wait until tomorrow.
The next morning, we were reminded of the situation once again and promised to clean it up.
In the evening, when we came home, we saw a made-up bed, a cleaned room and glass next to the bed!!How it was possible not to notice him is a mystery to me.
And also, of course, we were told that the maid was no longer there (time, attention, 8 pm).
And the most interesting thing is when 2 days later we turned directly to the maid.She said it was the first time she had heard of a broken glass.
Big questions to the HR manager and the reception staff!!
Also among the disadvantages is the restaurant (in the lobby), which, as stated, should work until 23-in fact, at 22 we were told that nothing could be ordered anymore.
The pool was also below the stated temperature (20 instead of 28-30), but it was possible to close your eyes, although unpleasant.
Also, the burnt curtains in the room and the crumbling ceiling on the balcony were not admired.
Of the advantages:simply amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of food every day.The restaurant offers a magnificent view of the city.
Beautiful interior and clean cozy room.
They clean it every day, albeit superficially.
The territory is well maintained and the hotel itself is within walking distance to the sights.
A good three.

Great hotel. Within walking distance from the sights, in a quiet location. The rooms are spacious, we lived in a deluxe suite on the 6th floor of room 602. View of old Tbilisi. The breakfasts are not particularly varied, but they are quite hearty and made from fresh products. The staff is very helpful, pleasant and helpful! They are trying to solve all your questions. I recommend the hotel!

A wonderful hotel in a convenient location (8 minutes walk to Avlabari metro station and 15 to the old town). The rooms are large, spacious and clean. There are all the amenities. I liked the panoramic veranda for breakfast the most. The breakfasts themselves are also 10, a huge assortment. There is a swimming pool and a sauna. Definitely need to book. He returned a couple of nights later.

The hotel is nice, there is a parking space in the courtyard. Great breakfasts.

Great hotel!
Responsive guys at the reception, pleasant interior, rooms are clean and tidy.
The breakfasts are delicious) Thanks to Tamara, she always suggested something about food and is generally a pleasant woman)
Of the minuses, I can probably only say - a long cooking in the bar area, the soup was waited for about half an hour. But this is not their specification, so it's not a big deal.
And the showers were a little confusing, because there the water often poured out on the floor, it was scary to pour everything)
in general, everything is very cool! Thank you for the warm welcome 😊

The hotel has a spa for guests. The spa has a Jacuzzi, a swimming pool and a sauna. Wi-Fi works well in the rooms. Check-in is around the clock, but 50% of the room price will be charged for early check-in.
