Good hotel, good service. I really liked the room and breakfast. I just worry that they are using very cheap toilet paper in rooms, I really idk why.

The hotel is excellent, the staff is wonderful, there is always a delicious breakfast in the morning with a huge assortment, the room is clean and the atmosphere is favorable, everyone is friendly and kind, thank you for such a wonderful welcome!!!!

It's not a bad hotel, but there's no heating in the city, as far as I understand.I was cool in my room in the middle of March.The staff was pleasant, attentive, and helpful in all matters of interest.Breakfast is normal, but I would like porridge in the morning, I have never seen them during the 3 days of my stay, the only hot dishes were omelets and sausages, as well as vegetable stew, boiled chicken fillet in broth.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There is a Green bazaar nearby. A beautiful tea house Caravan. Historical and modern attractions. But there was no declared safe in the eomer. A refrigerator wouldn't hurt either. Water was also not supplied. And the key... the electronic key immediately failed. No matter how it was rebooted. Breakfast is at 4. But the plumbing, elevator, bathroom - everything was and worked fine. Well, plus - Uzbek hospitality and good weather. The prices were also pleasing.

I expected more from a hotel in the city center… The mattresses are uncomfortable, the sound insulation of the windows is on "3" and this is in a semi-luxury room. At the same time, the room is quite spacious, there is enough furniture. The frequency in the room is also on "3". The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are not bad, although in the laziness of our stay there was no porridge. In general, the hotel is average, I probably won't choose a second time.

The usual breakfasts are sausage, cheese, vegetables, mayonnaise salads (in the morning???), eggs, sausages. Nothing interesting.
The rooms are small, with amazing audibility. If you want to know what your neighbor is doing, then you will like it. Every time a door slams on the floor, yours will slam too.
Wifi is not working well. The TV is not smart and is not connected to YouTube. There is no refrigerator in the room.
The room will have: 3 towels, 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee, disposable slippers, soap, gel and shampoo.
Among the advantages: the palace of Khudoyarkhan is within walking distance.
If you have nowhere to spend the night, Reicards is an excellent choice, but if comfort is important to you, then there are other hotels in Kokand for the same money.

The food is normal. The numbers are normal. But the hotel is Soviet. There is linoleum on the parquet in the corridors on our floor. We need to change the mattresses urgently. They asked for windows to the courtyard, they gave them to the street. It's a little noisy at night. The location of the norms. Parking is large under the windows, but it is busy during the day. Next to the left is a budget cafe and a vodka store next door. The locals are sitting and having a snack. For fitness enthusiasts, there is a rocking chair in the next house. There is a Gourmet shop in the courtyard of the cafe. The owner is Oleg. The products are meat and fish of the highest quality. We walked around the palaces, etc. in the evening.

The best years of the hotel were, it seems, in the 90s of last year, when the interior could seem "royal". Overall, clean, tidy, very decent breakfast!
Half of the hotel is under renovation, which is probably right and overdue.
Nearby is a pie shop, a bank, establishments of national cuisine, alcohol shops, a market somewhere nearby - this is, in general, the center of Kokand. The tourist street starts from the hotel towards the park, where the palace of Khudoyar Khan.
One of the few hotels in Kokand (and there aren't many of them here at all) for not too much money. Perhaps not the worst option.

The hotel is comfortable, the beds are comfortable, TV, air conditioning, bathroom - everything is fine. There are minor drawbacks: in places, the wallpaper would be glued and something tightened - but it does not affect the overall impression. There are repairs on the 3rd and 4th floor in one wing, but at my request they settled away from it. There were a lot of empty seats in May.

The hotel is located in the center of Kokand. Nearby there is a park, a cafe, a market, shops - everything is within walking distance. The room was booked in advance by phone. We moved into an improved room on the 4th floor. We lived here from 06/19/22 to 06/22/22. The breakfasts are not a buffet, but varied (porridge, sausages, eggs, cottage cheese, sweet pastries). Room cleaning, change of towels every day. The staff is polite and friendly.In general, it is very good.

At the moment, the hotel is partially renovated. The rooms are spacious. The single room has a very wide, straight huge and comfortable bed. There are not enough elementary dishes, electric kettles and teapots. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The room is not very well cleaned. Wonderful guys make out quickly at the reception. And in the dining room, although there is not a large selection of dishes, you can eat.

Everything is basically fine: location, renovation, there is a shower room, TV.
Cons: they give only one pillow per person, they refuse to give an additional one, citing the lack of such a service. Terrible breakfast. With full accommodation, almost all the guests are foreigners . There are no elementary fruits that are currently very cheap. The bread is stale . Plus, there is a coffee machine in the breakfast.
