Well, there will be an ambiguous review, there are pros and cons. Among the advantages: excellent location, everything is within walking distance, staff.
In general, we chose this hotel because of the location and because of the pool, but then there was a hitch! There is a pool, but it is with ice water (yes, it is strange, it is +40 outside, and the water does not warm up), and it would be fine, but the zone is not prepared for this at all, i.e. no one uses it, do not lie down next to it, no sunbeds, nothing at all! The staff was extremely surprised that I went swimming. There is no shower gel, I asked, well, no, they say they brought a bunch of shampoo.

A good hotel, very cozy rooms, very good breakfasts, however our room was located next to the reception and it was very noisy in the evening when a large group of tourists stopped by. It is necessary to warn visitors that they should be quieter in the evening , since other guests are already resting . And for some reason the TV did not work (((( the receptionist was called from the reception - he could not help .

I was at the hotel from 13 to 16 May.
The overall impression of the hotel:
Of the advantages, I can highlight the fact that the hotel is located on the second line from the road, very quiet and calm, the staff is polite and caring. Of all of them, I can single out Shahruz at the reception, answered all questions like a true professional in her field, suggested where you can have a delicious meal in the city, where you can go. I can also highlight very good breakfasts (Buffet).
A very large and beautiful lobby
Of the minuses, as can be seen in the photo, they repaired a towel rack in the shower for almost a "Day", a toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided in the room, the hotel is tired, the floors creak. The TV is very small with limited channels (it worked like 5-6 channels and only 2 channels in Russian about clairvoyants!!)))
Summary: Price - quality is quite acceptable, especially for business trips, or passing through. Not the worst, but not the best either!
